My daughter and son have been looking for a training set for a really long time and we finally found one. It was great for all of my kids active training. My son does football and my daughter plays soccer, and it helped a lot with their speed.

Great training set , any age group can use it.

Happy to share my thoughts with you on the Speed and Agility Training Set.I purchased the set to broaden my workout routines and make them more challenging. I really appreciating being able to get everything in one set as opposed to ordering individual pieces. Especially because I wasn't completely sure what all I needed to purchase. This is the first set like it that I've own.I use the jump rope every day, great quality. The parachute has been a great workout at the lake where i go sprint; the parachute is each to use.The ladder and cones are also used often, maybe 3x a week. Everything is great quality and has made my workout routine a lot more challenging and i'm loving the results.

I like this set as it comes with everything you need for basic speed and agility training. Not made of the best quality material but so far so good!

Perfect to use for football season and pre season. My 10 year old loves it.

We bought this for our son to build strength and endurance. It is a great set. The price is good and it’s easy to use. It’s a good fit for kids and is versatile.

Haven't used it yet cause I hurt my back but can't wait to try it out for the first time.

The agility ladder is perfect for conditioning and allows a player to acquire faster feet, meaning they will be faster on the pitch. The parachute is a nice touch to create resistance while running. Hurdles are amazing for a condition drill set it helps to add another set of intensity and resistance. The cones are cones, amazing and able to use anywhere.
