Good overall hand strengthening kit
Easy to use and comfortable improvements to grip strength is noticeable quite quickly. Well built my only concern was the finger strengthening band could be made larger

good item. I keep them on the work desk and I use them while "i think".the size is correct for my hands, they are light and they have a bag so you can bring them around if you wish.You can change the resistance so to increase/decrease the exercise.they click when the repetition is done as there is a counter so beware if you want to use them while in a meeting or something.

Not bad but counter didn't last long
They are OK, the counter on one of the Hand Grip Strengthener stopped working after a couple of uses and the other works intermittently. If this is important to you i would look at other grips. Decent value and does the job.
