Very good and helps overall

I have tried numerous supplements to help me sleep, finally I have found the right one. Amazing! Take this in the evening and I sleep great now. I’ve been on magnesium supplements before, ie Citrate, Gluconate, Bisglcinate. This is far better than anything I’ve tried before, it actually works! Wish I had tried this a few years back, that’s how long I have had sleeping issues for. Great supplement, definitely would recommend 🙏.

Had migraines for years tried this and did not make much of a difference to me. Since tried a different brand to this and found much more effective! Significantly better migraine symptoms and improvement in back pain. Unfortunately this brand did not suit me!
