I got everything it advertised as coming with. All I had to do was supply two screws and that was it. The cup isn't off-white. It is white. I ordered another set of cups and the other set was off white. It didn't make much difference, though. I have four cups on the bar. It holds up well on the wall and the cups are filled with art supplies.

Ordered this and all that came was the one plastic cup. Was also expecting rail and hooks as pictured. RIP OFF.
