I received an ARC copy of this book.I read Ava's previous book Babymoon or Bust and fell in love with her writing style. This book was just as good if not better.This book follows Ruby, a young woman with a secret illness, and Charlie, a grumpy ranchman with a harsh history of romance.During this book, we read as Ruby joins forces with Charlie to help save the ranch and owns and runs with the help of his brothers.And along the Ruby ends up falling for not just the ranch life but also for the grumpy rancher.I absolutely devoured this book. I read it in one day due to not being able to put it down. Every time I tried something happened and I needed to know more.Ava's writing draws you into the story to the point you feel like you are right next to the characters experiencing everything alongside them.She writes swoon-worthy cowboys like it's the most natural thing in the world.She writes spicy scenes to make you blush like never before!And she has an incredible way of adding twists that you will never see coming.If you like tropes like Small Town, Cowboy, Grumpy/Sunshine, Age/Gap and Broken Hero, then this book is perfect for you.I adored this book and I can't wait to get my hands on a physical copy I am hoping for more books in the Runaway Ranch series!

I attended a wedding in Long Island in June and happened to meet Ava’s husband . As we sat and small talked I asked what his wife did as she was unable to attend . He went on to tell me she was a top selling author on Amazon and I should check her out . Especially as my boyfriend at the time resides in Nashville and I’m from a rodeo family. He was very proud of her and said I would probably really enjoy her books . Being at a wedding I also heard their incredible love story . I had all the feels before I even looked her up and as soon as the wedding was over I looked her up and added her to myFuture read list . With the crazy summer coming to an end and Fall in NY among us I suddenly had the time to actuallyPick up a book and once i did , I couldn’t put it down . I loved this book from start to finish . I cried happy tears ,sad tears and after a recent break up it really put that fairy tale love story back in my mind . Ava you are an amazing author and I can’t wait to read more!!

This book had me intrigued from start to finish! It was emotional, funny, so phenomenal! I want to read it again and again!
