54mm Bottomless Naked Portafilter | Filter Basket Included | 54mm Bottomless Portafilter Compatible with 54mm Breville Barista Series and 54mm Breville Machines

This 54mm Portafilter works perfectly with my Breville Touch espresso machine. I have been working to step up my at-home coffee making to stop buying coffee out. Having this bottomless portafilter helps me to make better coffee by being able to see channeling and see the quality of espresso I am pulling. The quality is great, and I love the wood tone handle. Note: It did come loose but I just had to turn it to tighten it back up.

I love this product. I have a dinky little at home espresso maker, and this really changes the game. I used to be a professional barista, and this feels very similar to the portafilters we used at my coffee shop. If you have a coffee lover in your life - this would make an amazing gift for them.

Don’t buy this is a piece of junk

This fit and finish on this portafilter is very nice. The machining on the end is very clean and the wood handle both looks and feel nice.The lugs are not a perfect match for Breville machines. The stock portafilter has lugs that taper ever so slightly. These do not, they are very square. This makes it more difficult to fit this portafilter into the group head of the Breville. You notice immediately how much more force it takes to securely lock this into place. It unfortunately also does not fit stock dosing collar that came with my machine. It feels like over time this piece will prematurely wear the group head gasket.For a non-Breville machine, this may be a really nice piece. It looks and feels really nice in hand. However, I'd be a little cautious in use.

This is my second bottomless portafilter. I love the look and feel on the handle on this one. It fits my Breville perfectly. Using a bottomless portafilter will really help you dial in your settings and see how your espresso is being pulled. Highly recommend this one!

Ill be honest I didnt know what to expect when getting this portafilter. im not a coffee guy and it took my brother to explain to me what it meant. I understood that you can see the espresso better and fine tune your coffee grinder to create a better pour. When I saw it in action and adjusted the grind I instantly understood why this is a good idea to have.The espresso is much better and it better delivers the product. It might not be name brand but it works great. The effect it has is what I was looking for.Its a good idea to have for sure.

Very nice naked portafilter. Works great with my Breville Barista Express. The quality is fine and I really like the wood handle - it's a nice design touch. The included filter basket makes tasty coffee, but it has a different countour than the OEM one that comes with the machine so you will need to dial in the grind of your beans and how you prepare the puck.

The media could not be loaded.  The Sandalwood handle is very comfortable to hold, feels good and heavy in the hand, is polished very smooth, the color is beautiful, and the texture of the stainless steel powder bowl is also great! The compatibility with Breville machines is also quite high. The wood part is also polished well, smooth and textured!Although I haven’t yet figured out the normal extraction liquid volume and coffee oil state, and sometimes it will splash and the liquid discharge is uneven, but it is quite fun. The bottomless handle is heavy in the hand and the workmanship is good. Generous portions! Much better than the original! ! Satisfied.
