Simple & effective self defense techniques...
So overall, excellent DVD. The production quality is dated for sure (Probably around the late 90's or afterwards) but all the material is very relevant for most self-defense and survival situations. Most of the techniques that are shown (minus some of the ground work) are pretty simple to replicate and master. This DVD is definitely for individuals who want to learn solid, simple, and seriously effective techniques that they can use right away. The first part of the DVD focuses on street scenarios or bar room scenarios, where one can use a variety of tools and techniques. The second half of the dvd focuses on ground work, throws, and takedowns. Some of these techniques require some background regarding ground work (and if you really desire to take an opponent to the ground). Overall, definitely worth the money and should be in ones self-defense collection. Definitely alot of ideas and techniques that one can to your own toolbox.

He’s one of the greats
No I don’t want easy one of the best but these moves are all real just don’t use it for starting fights just defense and if you have to because it could hurt somebody great instructions recommend doing this with the someone else like a friend

Good Self Defense Video. Some techniques will require Practice
Entertaining. The video was packed with a lot of information. Maybe too much. All of it was very good, but some of it would take a training partner and a good deal of practice to master.

good techniques to know
It has some good moves on it.I already learned some of his techniques on you tube but I wanted the video so I would have my own copy. Some of the situations are unlikely to happen but overall I think it is nice to know how to do those techniques if I encounter any more idiots out there. There are plenty of trouble making idiots around where I live, but hopefully I wont have to use any of these moves ever again on anyone but you never know. It is better to be prepared.

Good Basic Self Defense Video.
'Bout the equivalent of basic military hand to hand training honestly, pretty decent video for learning the basics of how to kick some ace and defend ones self.

To the point
I am quite versed in the martial arts and was a bouncer for nine years, I thought 90% of this video was excellent and would recommend it to anybody especially those that have no skills whatsoever

Great techniques but requires undivided attention
Regardless of the early 2000's cheesiness this probably one of the best self defense videos I've seen so far. All hail Bas Rutten!
