STAR WARS The Black Series Anakin Skywalker, The Phantom Menace Collectible 6-Inch Action Figure, Ages 4 and Up

This figure looks just like Jake Lloyd. I bought it for my wife, who absolutely loves him as Anakin. The backpack fits well and looks accurate. Absolutely WIZARD.

25 years later, I'm so glad the wall of disdain for Episode I is finally losing its grip on the Star Wars fandom. TPM is my unqualified favorite Star Wars film. The film that blew the lid off the tin can galaxy of the OT and brought SW into digital with the most artful, expansive sci-fi universe in cinema, paving the way for the PT and TCW aesthetic that has yet to be recovered by the SW brand itself as they still panick and try to stuff everything back in the can. It's time to let the PT be loved, because it is.And nobody deserves the love and a million apologies more than Jake Lloyd (except Ahmed Best who deserves the same amount). My biggest regret for the PT was we only got 1 film with little Ani. I've always wanted to see more after he joined the jedi, and I don't think AoTC does enough to bridge the personality gap.This figure perfectly captures that hopeful, good-hearted kid we all knew Anakin could never remain. Perfect likeness down to the freckles, great dusty brown hair color. Clothes seem to have one color, but there are at least 3 different textures to create visual separation. The tunic should be a little more gray though.I wish his arm articulation allowed him to hold one arm with his opposite hand or bring his hands together for shy kid poses. His backpack is great.Hasbro, we gotta talk accessories. I'm an easy sell on TPM Black Series, but whether I stick with it depends on whether I feel I got a fair deal or fleeced. Feeling pretty woolly on this one. I want to see either of his helmets, the necklace he makes for Padme, and maybe some tools. All missing, which if this figure underperforms, that is why. Plain and simple. Please include the character's essentials.

Detail and quality was there, my son wanted it for his collection. It is posable and one of the main characters leading up to Darth Vaders true self.

Great addition and must have for any Star Wars collector. I have a newfound love for the prequels after seeing the sequels.
