Neil Allyn Women's Tuxedo Shirt - 1/4" Pleat, Wing Collar, Many Sizes

Q: Really having a problem with the sizes. What do these sizes correspond to in normally sized women's blouses?

I had to buy 24 of these for my staff and struggled with that too. They Run a little big but, not much. They really don't fit much different than the men's shirts, kind of boxy, not a "woman's cut". I have two girls that were a size 4 got them size 4 and they were a little big but work fine. I have another girl who was a size 10/12 I got her a size 12 and it was too tight around the neck but the size 14 worked great.

Q: How long is the shirt? I'm looking at size 18.

I am somewhat tall, and the length was plenty for me to tuck in.
