A set of simple and applicable actions to build habits
From the word “Revolution” in the title I was expecting a bit of scientific information that would back up the concept of behavior modification through small habit building. This book did not provide such information, it actually was very clear within the first few chapters about what it will not include. It would have been a good addition that would have validated the objective of the book. Aside from that point the book was simple and short, it provided the steps it promised and was very clear through real life examples. Perhaps the chapters had more filler that they needed to have in order to justify a book but it provides sound and applicable methods to achieve building simple habits. I recommend this book for anyone trying to achieve more personal goals, especially those who don’t know where to start.

Humbling but habit forming
I got Damon's Time Chunking Method a while back and it was great, but I think this is even more of a game changer. I am one of those guys that gets super motivated to do something, I buy all of the stuff I need or write my master plan out, I go big and try to change my habits by force and... like a rubber band I snap back to my old habits after a few days. Sucks. But Damon's book takes a completely different approach to building habits that is so easy that it almost feels rediculous. Whether you want to start journaling, or if you want to do 100 push-ups, the key to making the habit stick is by doing a small piece of the bigger habit. If you want to do 100 push-ups by the end of the year start by doing 1 per day this week, and then increase by 2 more push-ups every following week. I have already been doing more except using every day because of this book. It's amazing. My only recommendation is that you get comfortable with the idea of starting very small at the beginning. It is humbling, but if you want a habit to stick this is the way to do it.

You ALREADY Make Small Decisions All The Time - Use This Book to Make the Good/Great Decisions HABITS
So here's the thing with this book. Who would have thought that for about three bucks you can gain concepts that really make a difference in achieving your goals? For me, the return on a $3 investment for this book is off the charts. Think about it for a second. EVERYTHING you do or DON'T do is a small decision. Some are large decisions. What I learned is how to THINK about these decisions and cultivate them as habits that lead to the achievement of my goals (for me especially those outside of work). This book is worth it.

Good advice, but repetitive
All of this was very good advice and easy to incorporate into your daily life. But it was very repetitive.

Teaches Old Dog New Tricks
I’m 75. I was an executive until retirement at 65, and then became an executive coach. Over the years I was helping people learn on to change their behavior. Now I have a powerful weapon in Small Habits that a. taught me a heck of a lot of new techniques, and b. enables me to teach others by having THEM downloading on their Kindle for just a few bucks.Win and Win!The biggest thing I learned was the right starting point to create a new habit - START TINY. Then there is almost no resistence to NOT trying it.

Good but repetitive
The overall message in the book is helpful and beneficial. I think the author was a bit too repetitive on examples, and also could have went a little more in depth on some of the case studies he referred to. I also think it is priced too high for amount of content provided, 1.99 would be more reasonable. Thanks for the read. Hope the criticism was constructive and helpful. All the best.

Prático e direto ao ponto!
Simples e bem objetivo. Dicas legais para criar hábitos. Para quem quer saber mais sobre hábitos sugiro que leia the power of habit, que é mais completo. Esse é bem mais pontual e voltado à parte prática. Vale a pena, recomendo!

I loved this book
I loved this book. It was packed with practical advice on how to adopt new habits. He explains things really clearly and concisely, based on a depth of research, and in a very readable style. I felt like it was packed with nuggets of distilled, useful information. For example, I've read whole books on decision making, and not found them very memorable or easy to adopt. Damon sets out the six habits he adopted for becoming more decisive in just a couple of pages, and they instantly struck home and are very easy to practice. It is the book equivalent of drinking a vitamin smoothie!

How and why to start small
This is a short read but very useful for people who tend to create goals that are too tedious or overwhelming, therefore failing to turn their actions into life-improving habits. There are several examples and tricks, and very little information that can't be applied immediately to create virtually any habit you have want (limited scientific facts and fluff). This is my first book by this author and I plan to read more. Recommended 👍
