I'll start this by saying I was not expecting much for how cheap these switches are. However, when I received them I was pleasantly surprised by their robustness. The metal plate that the switch cover pivots on isn't flimsy or bent, and it feels like it could hold the cover in place just fine. In addition, the wiring contacts are decently thick, and I doubt anybody would have a problem securing a wire via the included screw, or soldering it. With all that said, there are some things I wish had been done better. For one, the molding on the switch cover was clearly injection molded in two pieces. This would be fine, but the seam from the mold is off center and I can't help but see it every time I'm thinking about using these. Secondly the screw threads on the face of the switch leave something to be desired. They're not bad, but they're not good either, the nuts have a hard time tightening with the burs in the way. These are simple fixes, I just with they had been fixed before shipping them out. All in all these switches are a great deal for anybody who 's wanting to add an accessory to their vehicle, and don't mind that they look a bit rough.

This review is for the "GOOACC" panel with 3 toggle switches. The switch panel has an overall look and feel of a well built product. The covers for each switch feel sturdy, not loose or flimsy. Once they are flipped up, they stay out of the way so the switch underneath can be easily turned on. Each toggle switch also feels solid and durable. There is a tiny LED at the end of each toggle that lights up when the switch is flipped to the ON position. By simply closing the switch cover, the cover pushes the switch to the OFF position. This is easier and quicker than trying to find the end of the toggle switch in the dark to turn the switch off. I would prefer there were screw terminals, instead of push-on terminals, on the rear of each switch. Screw terminals are more solid and less likely to become loose or disconnected, in some environments (vehicle, boat, locations subject to vibration). The switch terminals are sized to fit a spade terminal rated for 10 to 12-AWG wire. The product info packed with the switch is basic, mostly a wiring diagram and contact info for the seller. There are no product specifications. Each switch is marked "12 Volts 20 Amps". If you intend to use these switches at a higher voltage, you might keep those stated values in mind. Overall, I think these switches and panel are fine for light to medium loads in a 12-Volt DC system.

Fair price for the set of 5. Really like that the flip cover acts as an instant cut off for each switch. Also like that the metal toggle switch has a little light on the very end of the post so that you can see they are switched on even at night when it's dark. Easy to wire and install. High amp rating so I'm hoping they don't burn out like similar switches have in the past. Would of given 5 stars but I wish it came with some sort of mounting plate they could line up on for one piece type install. Highly recommend if that's the type of switch your looking for.

While looking through the bag they came in, they looked cheaply made. Remove one from the bag to check it out, the screw terminals are very strong and don't bend, but are sort of small for my liking. They look very while bult and the seal caps are nice and thick and screw on not pushed. They are a rebuildable switch if you know what you are doing, but for the price, it is faster to buy new ones when they go bad. I haven't installed them yet, but after breaking one down to see the inside, they will work for what I want them for and last a long time for me. Yes, they break down for cleaning and go back together really easily, if you know what you are doing...The missing of the one star is for the terminal's being smaller then what I like to see.

these can right in time, i just used this to hook up my car amp up as it stopped getting power from the radio now im in better control and i have a few light to install on my truck and mustang so im all set with switches

I installed this on my 36 foot gooseneck trailer and use it daily. This was easy to install and works amazing for what I needed.

I've always loved this kind of switch and when I saw the chance to add these to my car I jumped on it.I have these wired to my headlights, high beams, and fog lights, all as overrides and can turn all of them on at the same time for maximum light output.They looks great, are almost overbuilt, and feel very very satisfying to flip around. You can forgo a relay with these if you're confident in your wiring skills, just make sure you fuse it because your wiring will melt before this thing fails.

We wanted to change out some switches on our laser to be caged so that they could not be accidentally flipped and these fit the bill perfectly. They were easy to fit into the holes and and had nice sized terminals that allowed me to solder on them easily. The only thing that could make them better would be if they were lighted.
