These are great feathers. They are supposedly all chicken feathers (at least that was the way my set was labeled) but there is a great variety (I never knew that chicken feathers looked so different!). They did have a smell upon opening the bag (sterilization and preservatives maybe?) but after airing them out for a little the smell was gone.The main bag was labeled chicken feathers. Inside were 10 or so smaller bags with feathers that looked similar in each bag. There were at least 10 fairly distinct different looking types of feathers. They are great. My children think they come from different types of birds and list the birds they think they come from. They hold their shape well and are clean.These are nice, and would easily recommend for art projects.

For the money, this was pretty decent. Packaged very well, separated by type/species and size, no chemical smell (in my case, at least). I bought these to stuff in my hat bands. Working very well, including in the weather. Now I wish they would sell hawk feathers! They were, overall, individually pretty small (see photo above) but my shipment was high-quality with no other issues, and delivered ahead-of-time.

Beautiful Feathers and perfect for my dream catchers. They are small but that is stated in the description I use them mixed with larger solid colors and they just make my projects gorgeous

They are beautiful feathers but a majority of the 180 pieces were the size of quarter and a dime. Not sure i got 180 either but i wasn't gonna count.. I wasn't expecting that. I got disappointed and couldn't finish my project. I learned.

Nice selection of smaller feathers used for our Native American craft projects. Would also be good for other projects as well. Will definitely buy again. 3 stars for durability, because of the nature of feathers. Good value compared to their suppliers.
