Traverse Backpack - EIGO

I bought this backpack a couple of months ago, and have used it on about six, 10 mile trips. When I came back from my lastest ride, I noticed that one of the shoulder straps seemed a bit loose and, on inspection, I discovered that the entire back had torn apart. I have not overloaded the bag, just carrying the usual tools, inner tubes and bottle of water.I am outside the normal return period, but Amazon, bless them, have agreed that I can have a refund under warranty.Although this bag really looks the ticket, with plenty of handy pockets, it seems to me that the design has not been fully road tested.

Perfect for the cyclist who doesn't want something too bulky. I can fit two jackets in it, spare inner tubes and it has a multitude of pockets. The centre strap is a must.
