New to the baby gates game, and these were easy to install and look great on my stairs too!

Product is professionally packaged, as a result item was received undamaged.Item was received promptly in line with Prime users next day delivery promise.There are both positives and negatives associate with this product.Positives:1) Attractive colour to suit modern interiors.2) Easily fitted.3) Thick metal so feels sturdy.Negatives:1) The locking mechanism requires both compression above and below the handle which is a great safety feature, but often difficult to manoeuvre when carrying an infant on the stairs.2) Locking mechanism broke after a couple of months due to high foot fall area (stairs). I believe the product would benefit from a stronger stopping mechanism to protect the lock from the gate slamming.Overall, I would recommend this item, however correct etiquette when closing the gate is essential for longevity.

High quality stair gate, fits easily, stands up to violent shaking from a toddler. Difficult enough to open that a toddler cannot get it open but adults still can.Just skip using the included sticky pads that will take paint off the door frames - it isn't needed.

Was very easy to put together and remains sturdy

The new style gate is better than the others and worth the extra money. I fitted it in about 5 minutes or so does what it says on the tin great prod.

I have a Chihuahua that chews everything so the decision was made to buy a gate to keep him in the kitchen where he can't chew much. There are SO many gates out there but I settled on this one in grey. It has to be very tight so the fastener will catch & lock in place but there is a lovely little spanner included. Been on the kitchen doorway since last Thursday & it's working well. Nothing but toys chewed so far apart from the recycling bag which I left too close to the gate. The gate does what it says on the box. Should have bought one before now. Highly Recommended.

Viene bien de medida y es fácil de instalar. Lo más importante es que mi hijo de un año no es capaz de abrirla. Para los adultos se abre super fácil con un botón en la parte de arriba. La verdad que es muy cómoda

Mais j'ai enlevé une étoile car le montage/calage est complexe et le mode d'emploi uniquement avec des schémas n'est pas simple pour comprendre le système.Sinon impeccable, joue son rôle pour empêcher les chiens de monter dans les chambres

J ai installé cette barrière parce que j en avais un besoin urgent mais elle présente un gros défaut de fabrication car elle ne ferme pas. Il y a un gros jour (au moins 5cm ) entre le système de verrouillage et la porte.... 😔
