In my opinion, everyone needs a good pen. Rollerballs are a fave as you get the only satisfaction and refined penmanship of a fountain pen, with the practicality of a ballpoint. Bought as a small gift for a loved one - well received, in a smart presentation case. Predictably good Waterman quality at a reasonable price for a mid market pen (highly inflated prices at high street retailers and other online sellers) with a great selection of styles and finishes to suit anyone.

No downsides to this ballpoint from Waterman. Stunning looks(did I write that?... must be ‘lockdown!’) slim body and matte black finish, means the pen is easy to grip and comfortable to use for long periods writing. The pens’ fine point is just right for me, tho’ standard ink colour is blue, ordered black, fine refills separately... no problem... was bought as mate to the Hemisphere fountain pen & Hemisphere rollerball received as Christmas presents.This ballpoint is great. Cannot fault it. Its sheerness of finish, its gold trim ( not at all ‘flash’) and its smoothness of non smudge line is good for both cursive or italic hands.Highly recommended for personal daily use or as a gift as the Hemisphere range arrive in their own presentation box... so great as a gift....Go for it! buy it. Use a Waterman Hemisphere wherever you live!Excellent, if there were six stars I’d award them. Excellent delivery time & reasonable price to boot.Treat yourself!

Great pen to write with. Lost my previous one after having for a few years. Totally recommend everyone says how great it is to write with if I am kind enough to let them borrow it!

I was excited to find this pen on Amazon and ordered it for my father's birthday.Although the pen seems well-made, I was disappointed at how small the pen is - it felt a bit small for an adult man's hands to use comfortably. Also, it would have been nice if the preloaded ink cartridge had black ink, rather than the brightish blue that it came with, which didn't really fit the black and gold pen body aesthetic.

I bought this pen as a gift for a friend who is retiring and it was delivered swiftly in a nice, stylish presentation box.This Waterman Hemisphere Pen offers very good value for money, the pen exudes a level of quality far above that which its price suggests. I was a bit concerned that the gold highlights might look garish but they are actually very tasteful and set the pen off nicely. A medium blue ball point refill is fitted and is retracted and extended by twisting the barrel of the pen. The mechanics feel smooth and as though they'll last forever. The pen is lovely to hold and well balanced with the diameter feeling just right (some pens are too slim to hold comfortably). Finally, the way in which the pen glides over the paper feels just great and makes writing a pleasure.In summary, this is a very satisfying purchase in terms of presentation, style and writing quality. I struggle to think that you'll do better for the price. Recommended.

At work I go through about 5 pens a day.I put them down, I break them or they get stolen.2 years ago I asked for a nice pen for Christmas, and this is what I got.I used it everyday, it’s a nice writer and looks the part - it was my lucky pen.Someone stole it.Somebody. Stole. My. Pen.I searched high and low for weeks!I eventually gave up and bought the same pen again and finally I’m happy again!Great pen, writes nice and i love it!

This is my Waterman pen and I LOVE IT!!! It is my “work” pen so it get a lot of use day after day, week after week. I am still on my original ink well. The pen glides smoothly across the paper. When I ordered the pen, I was concern about the diameter of the pen and how easy it would be for me to hold. I have RA and I have difficulty holding items for an extended period of time. That is just a fact of life for me. I have no difficulties holding or grasping this pen to do my daily writing!!!! Aesthetically, this pen is gorgeous! I purchased it in blue. I definitely recommend this pen!!!
