Fits exactly as described. I used these to plumb overflows in my saltwater aquariums. Way cheaper than the fish stores.

needed bulkhead fittings for a pond filter i was making and couldnt find any local so ordered these since they were a good price and had good reviews. they work great and would get more if needed.

Rain barrel solution. I had brass fitting and after a while it leaked. the rubber seal was dried and cracked and it leaked. Drip drip drip. Replaced the barrel and used these this time. all is good again.

I would have marked it a five but a few of them were off sized and for a tight fit that is not good happen. Other wise the price and quality of the bulk heads and unions are much better than the BRS.

They fit good seals

The back of the flange has a slightly rounded, almost concave shape that doesn’t make a good seal against the gasket. Many of the ones I received also had defects on the back side of the flange. The gaskets are also a harder material that feels like vinyl, as opposed to neoprene or silicone. I was only able to get them to hold water by making thick silicone gaskets that molded to the irregular back face of the flange. The threads are true 3/4” npt though. I’ve seen a lot of cheap ABS bulkheads where the threads didn’t taper enough to fit npt pipe, and these are great in that one way. I guess if you were planning to just use this to anchor pipe through a wall and not seal a tank they’d be fine for that.
