MiusolWomen's Retro Floral Lace Slim Evening Cocktail Mini Dress

I bought this dress, even though it was one size up. I needed a large, but at the time, they only had XL available. It fits loose around the waist and hips, but I don't mind having a little extra fabric. The rich wine color is just beautiful. The dress is not scratchy at all and it's just dressy enough to wear to different events: weddings, holiday parties, nice dinners out, etc. For reference, I am 5'2", 148 lbs. and wear a 36DDD bra. This has become one of my favorite dresses.

Previously I ordered this dress in the pink and was not impressed. The pale blush color blended in too much with my skin, and the effect was drab and not flattering. I decided to attempt another color though, as I had a wedding coming up. I ended up buying the forest green color in medium and small sizes. This one was a keeper and the color was beautiful. As far as sizing goes: I am just over 5'4", a fairly fit 140 lbs, size 8 (sometimes a 6 at stores like Ann Taylor Loft), 34D and often a small/medium in tops. The small dress was way too small, and the medium fit close to perfect. It was quite snug through the hips, but there was a tiny bit of loose material just under my bust (it was easy enough to smooth down); I think this dress would have fit even if I'd been a 36D or 34DD. If you are a pear-shaped, hippy person with a small bust, this dress might not fit you well. I also think the size Medium is more like a size 8-10 bust, but a solid 6-8 in the hips.The dress received many compliments. As for the quality - I managed to wear it half the day and all night, and there are no tears in the lace. The zipper is a touch finicky going up - I can see it eventually being a weak point. But for how often I will wear this dress, it's not an issue. Also, the polyester liner is thick enough that no slip is needed. If I scrutinize the finish on the lace and the seams, I can tell it's not White House Black Market quality, but also was not expecting that. This really is an easy-to-wear, beautiful event dress for a bargain price.As for washing - I put this dress by itself in my front-load washer on a delicate cold cycle and it washed up excellent. I then let it hang dry and it still looks great. If you use a washer with agitator, I would be sure to first put it in a laundry bag or pillow case.

Dress is nice and good value. Size small fit well, 123 pounds 5’2”. The zipper is hard to zip up on your own so you may need help.

I bought this dress for my bosses wedding in the beginning of July New Jersey the ceremony was outside and the dress couldn’t have been more comfortable and more perfect. I actually saw someone else there with the same exact dress in black but I was getting complemented all night on the color on the fit. I do usually wear a size large however I feel like my belly is a little big and I sized up 2 sizes I probably could’ve just got up one size as it was a little bit loose fitting in the back but I think I was the only one that really noticed that. I danced all night I ate all night and the dress held up! The dress length was perfect it was a little bit below the knees which is wonderful because I’m very self-conscious about my knees all the lace details on the hem and the sleeves and around the neck were so perfect and so beautiful very good quality for the price of the dress I would highly recommend it !!

Elegant and comfortable

I really like this dress, but it runs small. I am a size 0-2, xsmall to small, and the zipper is stuck in the middle, not even with other person’s help. I don’t think I can afford to a few pounds to fit into it. Returning 5his dress.

This dress was really nice I like it so much. Very pretty and looks very sophisticated. Sizing while fits I could have maybe gone up one size, (just something to think about) I’m 5’9 and 160 and I got a medium. It feels nice, and definitely shows off your curves. I will state there is almost no give or stretch to the fabric again amazing dress but just a note to think about with sizing. Super great dress super happy with it.

Been wanting to get a lace dress like this for a while but I never had a place to wear it to. So then I decided to order this last minute for a party, I was surprised it was better than I expected. Most clothing I’ve ordered on Amazon don’t often look like they are advertised and fitting is horrible. But this dress fit me like a glove and quality was pretty good and color was accurate (got a navy blue in small). Only complaint is the zipper, it keeps getting snag as I try to zip up the dress myself. Otherwise I like it!

This dress is so much nicer in person than expected. I was so hesitant to purchase, but as soon as I put it on I felt like a million bucks. It is SO flattering. Yes, the zipper gets a little stuck as you pull it up, but everything else about this dress is phenomenal. I haven’t felt this good in a dress in a long time. I’m 5’5, 125lbs and the small fit perfectly. If you’re looking for a slightly looser fit, then size up one. Love it!

Hello - this dress is adorable it looks just as expected. Fit perfect for me I’m usually a size 4 and ordered a small. I did not need to alter the dress at all for fit. Liked the lace edging it looks really pretty on. Would order again. Only comment is that the lining skirt hikes up a bit when you sit so I’d recommend sewing it down at the side seams.
