I am surprised how good it is ! It was packaged with the customer is mind ! Silk bag with gifts …3 gifts! First thing the hit me was the smell ! Like freshly conditioned hair with good conditioner lol . No terrible new product smell ! I was afraid of that. Do not pre wash this hair. I haven’t even spectated the curls and just dragged it on me head and I have been getting compliments all day ! The texture ! Surpassed my expectations! I just wanted a grab and go based on price but this is unbelievably soft and feel like good quality hair . The density is not cheap looking and looks and feels realistic! I know and love good things and I recommend this. I don’t even do reviews but I had to talk about this ! Well done ! Definitely buying from them again !
