These seem to be good quality at a fair price. Capsules sure are move convenient that trying to find something to mix powder with that won't end up tasting awful. Just be sure to tip your chin down before you swallow to the rather large size capsule go down easier without getting stuck along the way!

Black seed has quite a few benefits and I feel the benefits whenever I take it. I mostly feel a mental lift. I feel more motivated. This may be because it is an HDAC inhibitor. It also has other potential health benefits as well. This formula says "black seed extract" on the bottle, but says "black seed powder" on the label. If it's an extract, usually the strength of the extract is listed, as well as potential standardized active ingredients (many black seed oils standardize to thymoquinone). This is why I took off a star. The company claims testing, which is a good sign of quality.

In smelling the bottle - It kind of smells like pizza to me. It smells yummy. Put the capsule in my mouth - it also kind of tastes like pizza. Not very strong in flavor but just like a hint of pizza and I like it. But once you add water and swallow, there’s no aftertaste whatsoever. It is also very easy to swallow very slippery. Black seed can be great for your overall health and immunity so this is an easy and great way to get it. It is also marked vegan all over the place like in multiple places on the bottle and I like that. It is also made in turkey and I also like that as so many things are made in China these days.

This product is made in Turkey and costs about $0.12/capsule. It has two months' supply if I take 2 capsules a day. It will expire in May, 2026. Unlike other black seed capsules that contain oil, these capsules contain finely grounded black seeds which look similar to black sesame seed powder. I usually take one capsule every night right before my bedtime, as I find it can improve my sleep quality in general. I typically take it along with 2 mg melatonin, so it will fix anything that melatonin fail to do, such as returning back to sleep sooner after I come back from the bathroom in the middle of the night or sleeping for extended time instead of waking up easily towards the morning. Compared with black seed oil capsules, these black seed powder capsules can work equally well plus they have longer shelf life and won't get staled as easily as oil capsules. Highly recommend!
