As someone who stays on my feet a lot, this hernia belt has been a lifesaver. It gives me the support I need to stay active without making my hernia worse. It’s breathable, discreet under clothing, and doesn’t roll or bunch up. Highly recommend for daily use.

I have nothing to compare it to, but it’s working very well. I have a double hernia, and I found that by putting it on with the inserts flat side against me I’m pretty much totally unaware I have it on. I started out with the opposite side of the inserts against me and it was just a little too much pressure and made it somewhat. Uncomfortabl. An untucked T-shirt covers it completely.

This hernia belt really surprised me with how comfortable it is. The adjustable waist strap makes it super easy to get the right fit, and the removable pads give targeted pressure exactly where I need it. I can wear it under clothes all day without irritation. It definitely helps reduce discomfort and keeps everything supported.

It looses the elasticity quickly. The material is too weak specially the part where holds the straps.
