this flashlight has several brightness levels as well as for both the flash light and the COB light...In addition to the spotlight feature it can also be a floodlight. It also has a strobe function and an SOS function as well...the COB light has several light levels as well and a steady red light and a flashing red light function to alert vehicles etc. Tbh i would have preferred the SOS function in the redlight...i think it would work better...It has a very powerful magnet at the bottom of the flashlight which allows the light to be placed on the side of a vehicle w/o falling off...the metal frame is extremely strong and well made...a really great feature is that the % of charge to thIs battery is displayed digitally can so u can see in understandable terms just how much charge is left in the flashlight battery...I make sur.e i carry this one in my vehicle's glove compartment...it's small enough to fit in any glove compartment and is an important addition to one's personal safety, esp on the road....it's pricey but well worth it

Simply Amazing. I ordered one while visiting a friend in a rural farm and it is amazing. The Light Output is intense and bright. The lower lamp light is a fantastic touch and being able to use both to illuminate the ground while walking and the beam to light the path is simply great! I love buying new and fancy fun flashlights and i have to say that this one is my favorite. So much that I gifted one to my father and one to my friend on the farm. He likes it so much that he ordered 2 more and I also ordered 2 more. Great to have in a vehicle, bed side and just anywhere. The magnetic base is great and useful and the led readout in percentage of power left as you use it just fantastic! Uses a USB-C charge cord too so the convenience of that is great since my phone and other electronics use the same cord. Just simply amazing. As you can tell from this long review, it's a great flashlight. Highly recommend it.

This flashlight is pretty heavy-duty. I'm very pleased with it. I already have a small flashlight out here in my motorhome, but I needed something much brighter with a wider range of light. When my dog needs to go out on a random night/early morning, and it's still pitch black, I need to be able to make sure there are no bears in the area. This thing does the trick. It's comfortable to hold, although I do wish it had a silicone-like sleeve so it wasn't so cold. I won't mind that during warmer weather, but OMG, it's so cold here, I wait to put on my gloves before picking up the flashlight. ;-) The magnet will not hold onto my fridge door. Maybe the stainless steel is not magnetic enough, even though my other magnets and calendar, etc., stick fine. This may just be too heavy. It works for me, and I'm very pleased with it. Oh, and I love that you have two choices when it comes to charging it. Right now, I'm just using my phone charger to charge it.

This is my emergency flashlight in the kitchen because it offers multiple options, easy to find in the dark (assuming no one moves it from its corner spot), and keeps a charge for a very long time. Thankfully, we've not had a complete power outage yet, but this little light stays powered several hours without fading. We did use this for halloween visitors and the charge lasted all evening long without any fading. The multiple lighting options are also nice for exactly the reason of not always needing just a flashlight.

Much brighter than expected.

A few months back I wrote a negative review about a Jay-Parks flashlight. Without any prompting Jay-Parks contacted me and offered me a full refund or a new improved flashlight . I accepted the new flashlight. Over the past few months I really gave this flashlight a workout and it passed with flying colors. It is much brighter and more durable than the other one. Kudos to the fine Jay-Parks company! I will be watching for their new products. PS It would be nice if theses flashlights could be made to fit on a Picatinny rail. Thank You RC Worked well out of the box. I used this flashlight 5 times in five months. It is now dead. I tried everything to get it to work again. No dice. Piece of junk! Buy something else.

Throw away all your other flashlight and buy these. You literally will not find a better flashlight at any price. Period. We live off grid in a remote area and occasional issues with the solar power, or literally any activity outside after dark requires a flashlight, so we have a LOT of flashlights ranging from cheapies to ones costing hundreds of dollars, and we use them constantly and this one is the best. Gets the big stuff right (USB C, super bright, smooth, super-premium feeling focus you can use with one hand) but also the small things like how you don't have to cycle through every mode or hold a button down for a long time to shut it off, just press once and it turns off (to cycle through modes you have to press the button multiple times within a few seconds of turning it on) . The fact that they can make money selling these at $18 is honestly very confusing. You get a good-sized lithium-ion battery, 3 high power LED modules, driver electronics, a display, 2 waterproof pushbuttons at least 4 different aluminum body components and a bunch of other stuff for less than dinner at McDonald's. What a time to be alive.

Just an okay flashlight... 1. It's not as bright as the number of stated lumens is supposed to have. 2. The battery drains QUICKLY; I have to fully charge this thing EVERY NIGHT and it's not like I use the darn thing continously. I use it intermittently; like I need to check out something real quick (and I mean *real quick* aka less than 10 seconds) so not for like 20-30-40 minutes at a time. So it's battery life is pretty crappy. 3. When I've tried charging it with a portable battery, the flashlight doesn't always want to charge; like i have to position the flashlight in a VERY SPECIFIC WAY for it to charge. 4. The extra option of using batteries in place of the rechargeable battery is useless! It has NEVER worked. I'm just left out in the dark, left to use the light on my cell phone. 5. The description says it can be used to charge other things like your phone, but it doesn't work so if that's a cool little extra feature you liked about this flashlight, don't bother because it really doesn't do as advertised. Edit: #6 I've had this flashlight for about 3-4 months at this point and now it's starting to flicker and dim randomly. Hell, I press the button to turn it on and it starts off at a dimmer brightness unless I smack it a little Given the significant cons to it, there are better options out there. If I were you, I'd keep shopping around
