Very heavy
My home inspector had one similar to it he had purchased through Amazon. I loved the simplicity of it, compact size, and ease he collapsed it. This popped up and was the same price, but it’s really heavy and bulky for a woman to use!! Not for a female home owner!!

Convenient, but flexes more than I'm comfortable with.
It's easy to transport, easy to store, collapses down really small. Easy to raise and easy to lower (just watch your fingers!). But when extended and I climb it, it flexes enough under my weight that it doesn't feel sturdy. It hasn't actually broken or anything, and probably won't, but the bend in the poles when I climb it makes me nervous anyway. I only weigh 180 lbs, so it's not like I'm at or exceeding the carry limit. Otherwise, it's a great portable ladder!

Flexes more than expected
I needed a 20' ladder that i could through in my small SUV and this fit. The big issue is if you are over 200lbs it will flex a lot so make sure you know what you are getting into before you buy it and make sure you use the hooks to secure it before climbing, otherwise it is the perfect weekend project ladder.

works
This ladder words great, but when you extend it, the first step up is a biggie. Plus it does seem a little wobbly, but holds strong. My husband weighs 270 and there was no issues with him climbing up 25 feet.

It's been fairly sturdy for me but...
I bought this after seeing a similar telescopic ladder used by a towing and retrieval company on Youtube. I wanted something lighter than my 50+ pound aluminum telescoping and articulating step ladder (which is built like a tank) and the video looked like theirs weighed 20-25 pounds. I should have paid closer attention to the Amazon specs because this one, a 20 footer, is 36 pounds (but feels heavier than that). It collapses into a small package than my articulating ladder which is better but it's still a chore to carry up and down stairs. That brings me to my next point. Unless you absolutely need a 20 foot ladder, order a shorter one. The reason is because the stack of collapsed stair treads is very tall in a 20 footer unless you expand it out to around 15 feet. In fact, it could be bloody dangerous on descent because the distance to the open tread below the stack could be well over two feet -- way more than OSHA guidelines which specs a max of 14 inches. That's not good with a ladder that already has more than standard distance between treads. What I found myself doing when I needed just ~10 foot ladder was expanding it from the bottom so the stack of collapsed threads would be at the top. But that's a physical chore with a ladder this heavy and potentially a knuckle-buster when you collapse it afterward. In retrospect, I should have ordered the 14 footer. Or kept looking for another telescoping ladder.Overall though, I'm happy with this ladder, especially at this price. The tread lock tabs are plastic which makes me somewhat suspicious of their long term sturdiness but they work well now. Also be aware that the ladder is a couple of inches narrower than a standard expanding ladder. That's not proved to be a big deal for me but I am aware that narrower ladders are more vulnerable to tipping. And the fee, being round and not articulating means a smaller contact patch with the floor or ground. Just use common sense.

Heavy duty
Heavy duty, quality ladder. Weighs more than expected, but not too heavy to carry. Much easier to carry indoors than other ladders. Easy to store, raise, and lower. Ladder will fit in any trunk or car seat for transport. Great for getting up into attic from small room.

Easy, compact Worked great!!!!
Super compact and light weight to carry around compared to the normal bulky ladders. Works great when going to someone house to do estimates on roofing job!!! Great buy

Great for getting jobs done around the house without a large ladder taking up a lot of space.
I bought this because I have a long architectural ledge that runs along my living wall that's about 9 feet up, where I keep a few art pieces and decorations. Getting up there to clean, add things, and put decorations up for holidays is a hassle. Prior to buying this, I had to drag the 12-foot ladder out of the garage, set it up, and move it every couple of feet, it was very cumbersome. I thought this might be better, and I was right.First of all, it's very compact for what it does. It folds down neatly and has a strap to keep it tight between uses. It fits in my broom closet next to my vacuum. It's not very heavy, it has some weight but that's to be expected if you want something that can safely hold up the weight of an adult. Each step locks up into place as you expand the length of the ladder so you can adjust the height for just what you need it for. I suggest you start expanding from the bottom so you don't have stacked steps to try and climb onto when you're climbing the ladder. The ladder has a little bit of flex as you're using it, but I haven't had any safety issues with it and it is a multi-jointed ladder, unlike a solid a-frame, so I understand why the flex is there.I have used this ladder inside my home and outside and I love it. Take precautions to follow the ladders instructions upon folding for storage so you don't hurt your fingers and each step drops back down into position.I love it! Highly recommended!
