ClipDraw Gun Clip, Low Profile Slim Concealed Carry Easy Install American Made

There is something sweet about a purpose-built piece of American steel that fits and functions precisely as it’s meant to. It feels solid and does provide a lower-profile carry than any holster I’ve ever tried. It will clip over my standard, leather belt or over my jeans alone with a solid grasp, and so far it draws reasonably smoothly. It took me longer to walk over and grab my punches than it did to install the thing. Do read the (like, 5-sentence) instructions - the hole is meant to be a little offset to increase tension. So, save yourself from having to mentally apologize for cursing the manufacturers like I did (“You had one SIMPLE job! …oh. I see.”) and install the way they intended. FWIW, I don’t know if it’s my body’s build or what, but every other carry option I’ve ever tried still printed on me. Not so with this guy - I don’t see anyone outside of the Secret Service spotting this thing when I have it in appendix carry. It was the low-print option I’ve been looking long and hard for, so maybe give it a shot if you’ve been on the same quest.

First off I bought this because I had a Glock 26 that I wanted to conceal carry with but was too bulky, uncomfortable, and heavy. I opted for the Ruger EC9S and the clipdraw to go with it. I could not be more pleased, the clip itself was super easy to install, I ran the screw through the clip first, then through the frame and it went in effortlessly after I was scared before when I lined it up without the screw and it was off a little. I am a bigger guy and this combo works awesome! No gouging since the gun “holsters” so much lower. I’m a heavy gym shorts wearer when it’s hot and this adds basically 0 weight and holds firm enough to where the gun doesn’t move, but it’s still super easy to draw. I would 100% recommend this to a bigger guy, trust me, you’ll like it! Heck, I’d recommend this to anyone, awesome product!

Fits great,easy installation and easy to carry on belt

Clip was incredibly easy to attach to my gun, and it works great. It holds on to my pants better than my holsters have for any of my guns. I love the fact that the clip isn’t as bulky as the holsters either, and way more secure.

I bought this item because the other brand I purchased on Amazon didn't fit my gun although the product description says it was made for this particular model. The second reason is that this product was proudly made in USA. However I was disappointed when this product didn't fit the intended gun but I had to enlarge the hole to make the screw to go through the hole on the clip. I know this must be a simple reason that the two bent tabs are not broke at the correct location. Now to the good part. this product is high quality, comes with two allen keys so there is no need for any tools other than what manufacturers has provided. Bottom line the manufacturer needs to step up their quality assurance program and ensure to randomly check clips for fit on the intended guns.

I am in love with how simple yet effective this is. I will done that it doesn't cradle the read as neatly as I would have liked, but after screwing it down most of the way it is a better fit. The clip is tighter than I feel most people would be comfortable with, so I suggest a few controlled bends to get it to a comfortable retention. So far, it's been absolutely smooth sailing because of how concealed it is. I can slip it into whatever pants I'm wearing and not feel like it's even there. It's a little less comfortable keeping you're finger on the rail. If you will be shooting this at a range for longer durations, I suggest removing temporarily to ease your comfort (but of course, also practice with it on!). Overall, something really simple that made my life easier!

Took about 1 minute to install from start to finish. Excellent fit and works great. I put a little blue loctite on the threads and didn't over tighten it. I already had the Hogue grip sleeve on the EC9S and the ClipDraw slipped right under the rubber. Excellent system for my uses. The ec9s has a manual safety and trigger safety so I have no concern using ClipDraw loaded, but I wouldn't be comfortable with just clip without a manual safety. Great item and made in USA, just like the inexpensive but excellent EC9S.

This product is great for someone that wants to carry their firearm multiple different ways. For example with this clip you can carry in any pocket, inside the waistband or in a boot with thinner side walls e.g swamp boots etc. I never could find a holster that fit right until this clip. 3 o clock the LC9S pro tucks in perfectly. I can barely tell it's there. ONE THING that might bug some people is note the metal piece that comes down to the "tang" of the grip. That will dig into the webbing of your hand. These guns aren't typically "range guns" so it likely won't be an issue but I did notice it was a bit irritating on my hand after about 50 rounds. It never pinched me or anything it just was a piece of metal jabbing into my webbing of my hand. Other than that it's not that uncomfortable and isn't a problem and doesn't affect shoot-ability of the firearm.
