IT WORKS
Pay no attention to the negative reviews, this stuff works on mites. I brought home a reed shade fence from Home Depot for my balcony. It was unwrapped and I put it INSIDE my car. Two days later I was attacked by โsomethingโ in my car that just started biting me horribly and a day later in my house, too. I had carried it in from my car through my house to my balcony and it was obviously it was from the reed shade. From there it only got worse. My house and car were both horribly infested, and worse, these things were invisible. They leave small bites that burn and are extremely itchy and swell into a bites smaller than a dime. I spent over $300+ on over the counter crap like Raid and Hot Shot that would stun them for about an hour but that was it. I called exterminators. One exterminator refused to kill โwhat he couldnโt seeโ Another exterminator charged $600 to come out every two weeks for six weeks and accomplished nothing. I kept trying even more over the counter stuff. I bought a gallon jug of Hot Shot bed bug spray and it helped a little but I was still getting bit horribly nine months later. Just so you know, exterminators had already verified that I DID NOT have bedbugs. So I looked on Amazon and got this stuff. I had zero trust that it going to help. But amazingly IT WORKED. I was never so relieved because it was immediate, but there was more to do! After nearly ten months of literal hell, I realized I was going to be throwing away my three year old furniture, a $4,000 tempurpedic bed, a ton of clothes and ripping all of the carpet in my house, and I did that and used this stuff this stuff, and it worked! Throwing everything away and replacing it cost me over $14,000, probably more. Of course, Home Depot denies any responsibility and my attorney says it would be a difficult case to prove, even though it all occurred just two days after bringing that reed home in my car, but this review is about this product, not how fd up Home Depot is. I never had a bug in my house in 30 years. I cannot thank this company enough for this product. It has restored my sanity. While it is expensive, I really would have bought it. I so wish I had known about it before. I would have gladly purchased it.. I wish it had been available on the shelf at Lowes or Ace. I wish they did make it available at these places. Why donโt they? Mites are torture to have to wait for delivery of the product. Even though it seemed to immediately stop/kill the mites, I sprayed it on my laundry and let it set in a plastic bag for a day before I washing it. I took it into my bathroom and threw a few pieces in at a time and sprayed it and kept layering more clothes on top before I put in in plastic bags. I sprayed my cabinets, my baseboards, my hard furniture that I kept, front sides back top and bottom, half way up my walls, picture frames, underneath tables, inside the intake for my AC unit, my ceiling fans, all of my closets, my new mattress and bed frame and headboard, my balcony, anything that was in a box, inside drawers, the bottoms of drawers, pulled drawers out and sprayed inside their housing and cabinets, everything. In my car I spray all of the interior including under the seats, the internet ceiling, under the dash and in the trunk and any boxes that were in it and under them. I sprayed them multiple times. I continue to spray every few weeks here and there where they were the worst, like in the corners. I still get a single bite every once in a blue moon and I will be keeping a jug of this on hand because these little jerks proliferated like wildfire and I near lost my mind trying to figure out what they were and how to get rid of them and I literally spent my life savings. I cannot go through that again, ever. Iโll forever be paranoid every time I get any kind of itch for the rest of my life. The only things worse than this in my life was when my beloved mother and pets passed away. Thatโs how bad it was. BE WARNED THAT ANYTHING YOU BRING HOME FROM A GARDEN CENTER CAN HAVE MITES ON IT. If youโre going to purchase plants, shades or other items from a garden shop keep this stuff handy. Spray the items BEFORE you bring them into your home. Place plants in pots in plastic bags if you put them inside your car or better yet cover the whole thing double wrapped or put it in the back of your truck. You do not want to go through what I did. This stuff is natural and safe to even spray on your pets and livestock, and even yourself. If you inhale it it will make you cough, and it makes my little dog cough, so I wear a mask when I spray it and use a cotton ball to apply it to my pup. But sheโs only five pounds full grown. It actually does have an odor, kind of like how stale oranges smell but it dissipates pretty quickly. And it CAN stain your items, like it did my mattress encasements, but it washed out easily. AGAIN, if you really do have mites, this stuff will save you. If it doesnโt work, you probably donโt have mites. But this stuff does kill some other bugs, too,

I was spectacle at purchasing this product at first, but it works great and fast. Itโs definitely worth the price and thereโs no scent at all! Mites were gone in less than 2 days! I highly recommend this product.

Effective remedy for dust mites.
I think it was effective. In no time at all, it dried and had no oder. The cats were not affected and the bottle size was easy to work with.

Very effective. But a week later, needed to repeat the process
Very effective. But a week later, needed to repeat the process. Leaves a very slight metallic smell. But didnt last long at all. Spray has a little but of orange color, but didn't stain anything. I sprayed it on walls and white furniture, and it dried clear. Got rid of whatever small bugs where bitting us. After about a week they where back. But I sprayed again. And it worked again. May just repeat again just to be safe.

Oxidized immediately
I have been struggling with mites that came in the house due to a bird's nest under my gutter. The lotion from the same brand works great to relieve itching and keep mites away. So I had high hopes for this expensive spray. The ingredients do not seem to be anything particularly special for what it costs. I sprayed it in my bathroom, satisfied that it would work. It went on clear. Instructions are to spray on and let it dry. Only two minutes later I realized that it oxidized to a very dark tobacco brown. I was horrified because I have antique porcelain and antique flooring material in my bathroom. I quickly wiped it up before it could dry and had to do a "rinse" swipe as well. My husband sprayed this in a different bathroom and walked away. It dried into sticky, tar-brown drips in the tub which had to be scrubbed quite long and hard before they disappeared. Per the instructions this spray kills on direct contact only when wet. It is not a repellent. Best case, layer upon layer will dry on itself in a hard-to-clean mess. Worst case, it will ruin the surface. It does say to test the area, but who would expect such discoloration, this statement does not absolve the product's reaction. I would not spray this on anything I like, or anything remotely porous that can't be properly cleaned. Carpet, wood, tile grout with old or degraded sealant, brick or concrete, plastic tub surrounds, etc. That leaves very few surfaces where this CAN be used. Maybe outside. Honestly, put a trigger sprayer on a bottle of rubbing alcohol and go to town. It's cheaper, easier, doesn't interact with surfaces, leaves no residue, and kills when wet just like this product.
