What soggy bottom??
This is a great little pie tin,my corned beef pie was Michelin star ,pastry was cooked perfectly golden brown top and bottom but beware pop out base is quite sharp and I cut my finger on it, ,the results were worth the wound and I've ordered a larger as the pie went down a storm at work 😀
