This is the best swim diaper we’ve found for our special needs. It works better than both other reusable swim diapers and disposable ones, as well. It’s so difficult to locate something that does the job, but this holds everything in quite nicely, and my teen can swim with confidence. Thank you for giving that to us. Highly recommended.

As advertised good fit

My 4 year old autistic son is big for his age, and these were a little too snug around the waist.Even with him being a bigger boy, we found it difficult to differentiate between the opening for the waist and the legs, which seems a little odd even for smaller children. I feel like the waist band should be a little bigger than it is. Otherwise we still used it, and it didn’t seem to cause discomfort to my son. They did work well.

These are great for my 9 year old, 61 pound special needs son! I was worried about the rubberish feeling in the legs and waistband because he is very texture sensitive but he wasn't bothered by it at all and it keeps the waistband fron falling and the leg openings from creeping up. 5 stars for sure. I only wish I would have bought a color instead of white, the white looks very diaperish but he doesn't seem to care.

I like to write honest reviews. The quality and size are fine. My son is diagnosed with autism, age 11, about 4’8, and 78lbs. I ordered 12/14. BUT, I should have sent them back immediately, as I noticed there is nothing on the ends of the drawstring preventing it to pull into the waistband or securing the tie. SURE ENOUGH — one wear and the drawstring pulled through. Because it’s flat, you can’t feel the end to push it back out. Money gone. He starts swimming at school this week. I’m bummed.

I love this thing. My son is very big and is special needs. This fit him snug and did not leak when he had a accident. I rinsed it and then threw it in the wash.

I wish there was a viable disposable option for larger special needs kiddos needing swim diapers, but since there isn't and we need to use reusable, this does the job decently.
