Bad experience
Product was bad , tyres didn’t works. Had to be replaced. Replacement came after 3 days. And then had to reschedule to assemble the cycle . Again dates showing 3rd day from today. Very unhappy with the service . Never happened with me before.

Spare parts missing
Cycle is good one. Ideal for 6 to 10 years kids. How ever some spare parts were missing in the box.1 nut bolt under seat,Cover for central screw of handle,Inside Clips for side wheels patti.I had to spend on my own.

Faulty Bicycle & return policy problem.
I bought kids bicycle & due to faulty front wheel, I applied for replacement or return. Amazon chose to give refund.But what about cycle installation services 499/- paid to Amazon person. And why I have to pay again for dismantle of bicycle (to get back original position before replacement).

Not as expected
The tyres have bend the cycle is wobley. Don't buy cycle online go for offline. Not easy to assemble need to visit mechanic. Front basket is missing. How can Amazon sell this kind of products under there brand name.
