Time for a new drum in my Brother printer, and I installed this one. I printed exactly one page. Very poor print quality. I took out the drum and reinstalled. Then the printer said I need a new drum. I have taken this drum out and reinstalled several times, and my printer will not print from it. It will not accept my old drum either. I have been installing new printer insides for years, and this is a first - to buy a new ink apparatus that doesn't work at all. The parts seemed to install smoothly, but no dice. Now I'm stuck going to the store in Friday afternoon traffic to buy new cartridges to finish my work.

Geez, only got 2 weeks and now it's telling me to replace drum again and terrible print quality. Odd marks all throughout my pages printed.UPDATE: company customer service reached out to make things right and are sending out a replacement. Thank you for such good follow through.
