Looks good
Purchased for my wife who has Dementia and is in a Nursing Home. She is unable to stand or walk and can get fidgety. This has given her something to do with her hands plus she likes the shape and softness of the cat.It is early days but the indications are that she will respond more and more to having it.

Perfect for special needs
This fidget cat muff measuring 18inches/46cm from nose to tail, came complete with removable multi fidget vest in a regular box and plastic covering.MUFF: part of the soft toy cat body, is comfortable and feels cosy to use and not made from real animal fur. There are different textures on the head, ears, nose, body and tail making it soothing to touch. The cat head has velvety ears, glass button eyes in brown, beige hard nose tip and pink felt mouth. Suitable size for both adult and child to put both hands inside for either warmth or comfort. Very minimal fluff shedding which I can only see on the fidget ball that rests inside the muff.FIDGET VEST: Comes in denim material making it both practical, durable and familiar to user. Its held on to the body with strong velcro making it removal and easy to hand wash(as recommended) As you will see from pictures there are multi fidget options and textures on all sides of vest which include a patchwork pocket and shoe lace simulator. All fidgets are machine sewed onto vest and though they feel secure now should be checked from time to time like all toy products. Vest could easily be stitched securely to the body by carer if user has any restrictions.RECOMMENDATIONS:I would highly recommend this fidget muff as suitable for use by all ages, though some younger children may still need supervision. Not solely for special needs as my 10yr old and 3yr old grandchildren both got great enjoyment from playing with it. The older liking the ribbons and different textures of fur and vest, while the younger loved the fidget ball and rings and stroking the cat face - but this fidget muff would be ideally suited for either an adult, teenager or child with sensory needs i.e. Autism, ADHD etc, Alzheimer, Dementia etc.I even found the muff and fidgets quite comforting myself to hold and some textures soothing to touch so would imagine it bringing great comfort to an older person so we plan to gift this to a nearby nursing home for the elderly. I could also imagine it bringing comfort to a teen or child and helping them calm down or relax, especially while travelling. Could see it being very suitable for use in the car especially for those that get restless or bore easily. As most children like tags, soft toys or blankies to hold then this fidget muff covers all those needs. If there was any other fidget that user prefers, it could be sewn securely onto the vest part of the muff for them i.e. a zipper. This Fidget Muff is very good value for money and would make a lovely gift for a grandparent who has regressed due to an illness or for a child who requires & enjoys the comforts of fidget toys and textures especially if they happen to be a cat lover also. This could even mimic the comfort of a real cat(without the paws) when getting the live one is not a favourable option. I hope it brings joy to all users.Hope this review has been helpful.

A feast for the senses - comforting indeed !
Daughter is a bit of a fidget so, without putting labels on her, I wanted to see if this would keep her amused. As a fidget she has obviously pulled it to pieces and removed all the bits that can be removed. Not that bothered about playing with the additional bits but will sit with her hands keeping warm for hours so it's doing exactly what I wanted it for.Good that it comes to pieces and plenty of fidget potential for a range of users - would imagine people will find their own way of enjoying this either with or without the accessories. A good spread of tactile, visual and aural stimulus so something for everyone.

The detached coat on the animal
I purchased this for my mum who has alzheimer's...the only thing that I'd changed is that the sensor bits are all attached to the denim coat wrapped around the toy...this easily slips off...it would be so much better if it was stiched onto the toys body...anyone who has worked In dementia will know that durability it important.

The perfect, practical fidget toy for a range of needs
First off, this fidget plushy is very cute indeed - it's beautifully made and designed with comfort in mind, from the soft fur fabric to the thick, warm hand muff pouches. Perhaps most importantly, it feels strong, well-stitched and durable - it would be difficult to pull this apart, so it should stand up to quite a lot of heavy use without breaking. The interactive, sensory accessories and attachments are really well thought out, with ties, cords, hoops and loops, and textured fabric that make the toy suitable for a whole range of needs. It really is the perfect fidget toy, with something of interest on every side - things to unfasten, refasten, and keep the hands and mind as active as possible.Definitely worth considering for the whole spectrum of active mind needs - it would be just as suitable for many neurodivergent as it is for dementia patients. A lovely, thoughtful toy with a purpose.

A lovely and comforting item that can bring joy to so many!
This is a very soft 'cat' that is very pleasing to hold and fiddle with. It has a little coat on that can be removed but it's also useful on. It has rings and ribbons to fiddle with to comfort somebody especially with Dementia/Alzheimer's. It's very well made and very thoughtful with all the extra bits. It's got a plastic flexible ring you can play about with and you can use the whole thing as a hand warmer as there is space in the middle all the way through. I know it's not a real cat but it's very soft and comforting and would make a lovely gift for somebody in need. Like others said, it's not just for Alzheimer's & Dementia sufferers but for the elderly in general and especially the lonely elderly. I think it's brilliant.

Lovely item
This is a lovely item. It’s a cosy hand muff with lots of interactive attachments like ribbons, plastic ball and different textured materials and although it is designed for people with Alzheimer's it would be equally suitable for children or anyone in need of a hug as there are lots of sensory attachments and the hand muff is very soothing. I ordered it with an elderly relative in mind and I am certain he will love the cuddly puss puss as much as I do. I can recommend this item.

The gift of calm in their hands
In the tranquil corners of care homes, this fidget muff has brought unexpected joy. Its variety of textures and activities are like keys to memories and emotions for those in the grips of dementia. I've watched faces light up, hands that were once restless find calm in the exploration of this sensory toy. It’s more than a gift; it's a bridge to communication, a moment of solace in a confusing world, and a tool that evokes the serenity that everyone deserves in their golden years.

MY MOTHER IN LAW LOVES IT
I have a video of me giving it to my mother in law. Too big for Amazon. Anyway, she loves it. She loves the softness of it. I love that she loves it. She has since put him down so it can nap. Too cute.

Straordinario. Devo ammettere che è stata una grande scoperta per coloro che sono vicine a persone anziane con problemi di Alzheimer.
