Super easy to clean, easy to assemble, my 6year old did it 🙂 suitable for dwarf hamsters, maybe for Syrian too, but no bigger. Hammys love it, use it every night, the actual wheel is quiet it self, but when the spin it at a hight speed, it vibrates and and moves around the box and does make some sound.

These aren’t safe for hamsters, they can’t stop safely on them and it can cause them to fly off it and hurt themselves. You need a more typical hamster wheel but make sure it’s big enough that your hamsters back doesn’t bend as that can cause issues for the hamster. I bought this for my dawarf hamster as I thought it would be good for her as her back wouldn’t bend, after seeing her constantly flying off it I did a bit more research and found out these actually aren’t good for your hamsters at all because of this problem. She now has a normal hamster wheel that is big enough to ensure her back doesn’t bend and she loves it so much more. Don’t waste your money buying this when you can get something else that is safer.

I'm sure this wheel would be fantastic but our hamster is a lazy git and has barely looked at this wheel sideways. It appears to be smooth running, quiet and good quality. It's a good size for a small/dwarf hamster but I think I'll try him with a bigger one.

So "Marshmallow" the hamster is enjoying it every day it's quite quiet (but you can still hear your hamster fingernails running on the plastic surface so there is this...) overall good quality product which I can recommend happily. Peace.
