I bought both sizes they offered, first the larger ones and after I saw the quality I bought the smaller ones. They are perfect for many things and clean up easily. What I like is the 3 crosswise bars on the largest size because it makes it perfect for weighty baking. But the smaller ones are really strong by sheer size. I just am impressed by how strong and well made they are. For the price, you simply cannot beat having these sizes for baking, cooling, glazing, etc. Sometimes you don't need a giant cooling rack under an item in a smaler pan and you can use 2 in some larger pans to fit. They are really versatile for multiple uses. A great buy! Very fast shipping. Nicely packaged each in its own bag inside a bubble wrap bag. Easy to use, Easy to store.

I have been using the same racks for years and finally decided to get new ones, since my older ones had broken welds. These are a better size (10X15) and are much better constructed. Very pleased with these cooling racks. I use them to cool cookies on the countertop. I use a different rack for under meats in the oven. I don't believe these are made to be used in the oven under meats for roasting.

These are cooling racks for cookies or any type of baking product. I really enjoyed them because they’re kind of small and they fit easily on a large cookie sheet.

These racks are good quality stainless steel, and they washed well in the dishwasher with no evidence of rust. I like the square grid pattern to support cookies. My only negative comment is that they don't sit completely flat on the counter. That unevenness is barely perceptible, so for the price, I can live with it.

Fits perfectly in a half sheet pan. Great for cooking bacon in the oven! Grease drains off the bacon and allows it to get crisp and not so greasy! Also makes a great cooling rack for cookies.
