Basic does what it says

I have been told by my doctor that my breathing was quite shallow and he suggested that I buy one of these to try. When I first used it I could only get the first ball to rise and I felt like giving up. But after a couple of weeks I managed to get the second ball to rise up as well. I am still going and at the moment I can just also move the last ball slightly. My breathing had definitely improved and I would recommend this to anyone.

I bought this for my mother, and both she and even I have noticed a difference. I suppose you can only know if it will work if you try one, but as far as my mother can testify it has definitely helped her.

I bought this for my elderly mother who is just out of hospital having had a severe chest infection. It is just what she needs to enable her to perform her breathing exercises, however, one of the balls does not work!

It will take me time to move 3rd ball but good lung exercise I have COPD

Ordered a month ago. Item arrived today. No instructions that box states must be read first. Blew in tube & nothing worked. Found holes in bottom that breath escapes from. No use what so ever. Wish a refund & full refund.
