Good product. Poor customer service
The product is very good. Everything is fine. Easy to workout. Reasonably good size and weight.Enjoying the workout.The changeover from moving to stationary handles, is not so easy. Requires some time and effort.And most importantly, the installation service is totally absent for me. No one responded from the brand. Inspite of raising complaint twice with Amazon customer service, nothing happened. Nobody contacted for installation, which was actually shown,along with the product on this platform. After waiting for two weeks, we had to assemble it by ourselves, with the help of you tube video, sent by the brand. Still I couldn't fix the hand grips provided, because it's too difficult.And one more thing is I purchased this product a month ago, but returned it due to this poor customer service.But I purchased it again because I liked the product very much. Seriously, the customer service is very pathetic.

Worst Customer Service
This brand seems to have the worst customer service. No one to pick up the call except for automated whatsapp messages. And after repeated complaints to amazon customer service, after two weeks, the technician made a call. By then, I got it installed elsewhere. Also, the equipment is noisy. Will not recommend it to anyone unless you want a use and throw equipment for a while I suppose. Terrible experience!

NO Resistance at all. Installation person charged Rs.300 EXTRA
NO Resistance at all. I had to return it back. Installation person charged Rs.300 EXTRA.I ended up paying 749 + 300AMAZON DID NOT REFUND MY INSTALLATION FEE!!Nice loophole the Reach company is using to get extra money from their cheap discounted products.
