FastWin 2838 4500KV 4P Sensorless Brushless Motor & 35A Brushless ESC Electronic Speed Controller for 1/14 1/16 1/18 RC Car (2838 4500KV+35A)

Fits in my RC18. Does not fit in my Latrax without using motor spacers for the mount (the motor shaft is too long). Overall, for 40 bucks, it can't be beaten. I have one 2S lipo and two NIMH batteries that I can run one after another in 90 degree weather in any order and it doesn't overheat. I recommend picking up a programming card for it as well. I'll be buying another one of these systems when I acquire my next 1/18 rolling chassis.

Great little motor and ESC combo. On 1/14 scale car it does end up overheating and shutting down after I push it for a bit on 3S but holy cow does it rip. Think this is going to destroy my plastic gears is the only real down side... Well that and no instructions for programming and can't seem to find documentation for it.

Been using this kit for months now on a 1/18th scale losi desert truck. Super fast and handles 2s and 3s lipos like a champ!

Got this for sons buggy. Used once and worked well for about 10min then started to shutter. We figured low battery so we replaced battery and started to get intermittent power to receiver. Fried the esc. Replaced everything around the esc to verify.

Motor is smaller than my other size 2838, returned.

So far so good definitely worth the price.
