Very disappointed with everything about this item. Doesn’t stay on (with gel or without) so have to put different items around my waist to keep it somewhat in place. The max strength is embarrassing (had cheaper unit that was much better before). Can’t feel most of the pads and certainly not the side ones. It seems like unit quality is only working in the central ones and even this is quite weak.It’s poor to the point that I started to wonder where all these good reviews came from!

This waist trainer is so comfortable. This is a great waist trainer. It’s mostly comfortable and I can wear it all day. This trainer makes me very conscious of my posture and is a constant reminder to hold my stomach muscles tight.

They were very powerful at first. But when charging the arm pads, the red light goes off and there is low power when using them.

I had a different one like 10 years ago and didn't work as espected. Now I was a little sceptical about this kind of devices but I need to say now the design and specifications are totally different. It feels like is helping me a lot with my routine! I only use it for a couples of weeks and I can feel a real improvement. I use it while running and my muscles feels like more strong. I strongly believe is helping with my routine saving time and efford. Also not sure but I think is helping the whole muscle to move completely (very difficult to achieve only by my own). I deffinetely recommend it

You will be sorely disappointed. Quality is cheap and nothing like you expect to see on the photos. The pulse is so week even on the highest settings. A very bad purchase

An easy-to-use USB charged belt, with two additional small patches and a set of replacement gel pads. The belt does similar to other electrical muscle stimulators, but is cheaper. It also avoids using disposable batteries by using a USB charging cable. It is extremely lightweight and can be worn inconspicuously under clothes. This does mean it is actually quite flimsy, so not sure of the logevity of the prodcut in use - we'll have to see in a few months time.

Not sure if this unit us working properly. Can only feel it working across the middle of my stomach in the area around my belly button even on different settings and intensity's. And the intesity is very low. I have used it three times and set it to max [9]. I have an older belt that you put gel on that makes you really flinch if set too high. This new one is rubbish.

My first time using a EMS, feels very wierd when switched on but you get used to it. I'm using this for 30min each day in conjunction with working out. So far so good! If your using this without working out your progress will be alot slower but I do feel like you will still see some results as when I take the ems off my abs feel tense. So it is definitely doing something.
