Quality patch.

These are really fun for my dog's harness. They came with iron on adhesive but I just used the velcro part. They stuck well. Quality stiching and look nice and vibrant.

These patches are very well made and super cute, and they are a nice size so that you can actually see the details and what they are!It seems like I was not alone when I missed the "hook and loop" part of the product description, because I was initially confused about how thick these patches were... Turns out the y have iron-on material on the very back, then a layer of hook-and-loop material, then the actual patch on top. I am unsure of when the hook and loop attachment would be beneficial, but for my use I think I am going to try and remove that layer so that I can iron/sew a thinner patch on...

The patches are a little on the thick side with the plastic velcro backer being easily as thick as the patch itself. Due to the plastic backer they will be a little stiff though that should soften a little over time. The patches themselves don't have any real loose threads sticking out from anywhere and all the black thread "tufts" in the photos are just from the removable portion of the velcro. The patch not including the softer fabric "loop" portion of the velcro looks to be in total 3 layers and there is a slight gaping in the layers. This will probably cause the patches to fall apart over time especially if worn daily but they should last for awhile if just used as an accent every so often. Slap em on your airsoft or paintball gear or even your range bag if your so inclined they should last awhile.

I prefer to sew my patches on rather than iron them, so I didn’t use the ironing feature of this item. I actually took off the backing that’s used to help adhere to patch by iron, so I cant judge on how well they did or didn’t stick that way. But, they both are also Velcro so I think that’s probably in case you decide not to iron them on & want to just temporarily place them on something instead, & if you change your mind, then you can easily put them on something else. I didn’t realize these had a Velcro feature so that was a bit of a surprise. They’re very thick, even when you take the Velcro backing off, which made sewing them a bit of a challenge, but with a good thimble & a sturdy sewing needle, I was able to make it happen. Pretty versatile patches which I’ve never encountered before so that was pretty unique to me!
