very easy install on a Yamaha MT-07. the hard part is removing the original grips. the trick is to dip your very narrow screw driver in hand sanitizer. it dissolves the OEM glue very easily so you can slide off the OEM grips. when you go to put the heated grips on, please be sure to have them at the right angle prescribed in the instructions because a good grip glue (e.g., Pro Taper) will probably set within seconds and you won't get more than 1-2 seconds to adjust the angle after you slide them on. wiring to the battery was easy. I spent most of the time just trying to run the cables in a neat fashion to make sure they dont crimp. oh, and on the max setting they get super hot.

Install was simple on my MT07, the grip material is hard almost plastic like. They put out plenty of heat to keep my hands comfortable down to 15-20 F.

Just installed on VMAX 1700, official site said need spacer but the size of grip is just same length as original grip. Cable length etc are all good. very easy to install if you have hand sanitizer and thin long flat head screwdriver. Like other review, I spent most of time cabling, main cable is some what thick and need to run nicely not to disturb your control or jam cable. This heater shut themselves with engine shut off.

If do all things in correct order step by step with attached manual Yours success installation is guaranteed.After 24h ( glue for grips must dry ) You could enjoy Yours first ride with hot grips and check self how much increased comfort ride in cold day.Best Regards

These installed nicely on my Yamaha MT-10. I think the extra cord length would've been better absorbed if I'd run the wire down the right side of the tank instead of the left.I got these mainly for the very clean, integrated look of the controls. While I've read that some of the competitors can get slightly hotter, these seem pretty darn good and I can even feel them working when wearing my thick winter riding gloves. Plus, no big clunky controller box to mount!

These were easy to install, just take a little time adjusting the angle of the LH grip as it hits the tank if you don't get it just right. Installed on an 2019 MT-07, and they look like the bike came from the factory with them.

great oem heated grips, easy to install on WR250R and will fit other non-Yamaha bikes. Auto shutoff has saved my battery many times when i forget to turn off.they get very warm even on a small bike.You can calibrate heating settings, smaller bikes/scooters use lower wattage which is plenty warm.looks great like it came from factory with them and more refined than some other generic alternatives.
