First of all, I have numerous Surebonder guns, and that’s because they all work excellently. This one does exactly what it says and does so very well. I only buy Surebonder glue guns, partially for the way this one and my others work, and partially for the following reason. I purchased another model Surebonder gun and, quite frankly, that one was a lemon. It didn’t work; it had just slipped through QC and should have ended up in the trash rather than in my hand. If I hadn’t bought other well made and sturdy guns, including this one, I would not have bought anything that had the “Surebonder” name on it. I emailed the company for assistance, and they made me whole, gave me unrelated guidance and advice, and made me (almost) happy that I had gotten a dud (You know what I mean). It’s a wonderful surprise to find out that a company wants their customers happy, and not just to take their money in return for trash. The replacement gun worked as well as this one; perfectly. Between the replacement, and this gun, and the others that I bought from Surebonder, I am 100% sure that my defective gun was a fluke – sometimes things just have a problem. It’s how the company handles the fumble that defines it. When you buy a Surebonder product, you’re also buying their customer service. And that purchase is well worth the money.

It's a good little gun. It heated quickly and has a relatively precise nozzle. The cord gets in the way when it is just sitting while heating, because it is so little it falls over. I just lay it on its side now.

I buy Surebonder whenever possible. It has always been the better glue gun for me in several ways. One of the main reasons is won't "backout" you glue stick like a lot of others due. The newer models have a better kick stand than any other brands out there.

It has a stand that is permanently attached and is not in the way of the nozzle. You can easily control the amount of glue that dispenses. It has a low and high setting. I have used the low setting on all of my crafts so far and it is holding just fine. Very happy.

i just used this glue gun for the first time. my first time and its. i cant believe how easy it was. my biggest hurdle was learning to move it at the right speed to get the bead right. i made a lampshade{wire frame and fabric}. it sticks really fast but can be adjusted a little. i would recommend it to any one glueing fabric to metal. i have only used it for that. i dont know why it wouldnt work for other things. wonderful product, easy use, didnt drip unless i forgot to unplug it for about a half hour and then only a little. it did take about eight glue sticks to finish the whole lamp shade which was about 10 in across. that includes the fabric and the gimp trim and a layer of beaded trim aroubd the bottom, so about4-5 yards of glue. i now have to order more sticks. i didnt order that many when i bought the gun because i didnt know if it would work or how many i would need. fast shipping,too.

This glue gun is awesome. Heats up quick. I love the silicone glue drip catcher. I think you get better glue flow with this and I like the bigger glue sticks. Excellent.

Works very well for what I need it to do.. just make sure you’re glue is hot before you squeeze or else you’ll break the gun..

A little smaller than I expected, but I guess that’s convenient for tight spaces.

Absolutely love this glue gun! The dual temp is very useful and it is very precise. The only thing I dont like it the "stand" that you cannot remove or fold inwards. But that is a preference.
