ARRMA Mojave RC Truck 4X4 4S BLX 1/8th Scale Desert Truck RTR (Battery and Charger Not Included), White/Red ARA4404T1

This has got to be the most fun RC truck I've driven. It takes an absolute beating and keeps coming back for more. I'm 10 packs in and have only broken the shock spring perch, and the parts economy for this car is amazing. Arrma knocked it out of the park.

I was undecided on what my next RC purchase was going to be,and after in-depth research and hours of reviews, I went with the 4s Mojave. Very happy with this and after learning more about the manufacturer will definitely be looking into more of Arrma’s products. Only complaint I have about this one is the durability factor. Cracked the chassis in the first few runs I did. Have purchased a new chassis and several metal parts along with it and about to start the rebuild process with upgraded parts,will try to give more review afterwards on the parts and the truck itself with the upgrades. Thanks Troy Here’s a follow up after having my Mojave for about a year now. Have replaced the chassis 3 times now, first one cracked down the middle right under the front diff, both the others ripped out the front control arm slide pin, and that requires replacing the whole chassis. Saddest part is I wasn’t/haven’t even done any hardcore bashing either. But I will say this is still number one in my RC collection 💯!!!! Oh and get the protection plan, haven’t paid anything out of pocket for the replacements!!

Very fast and durable rc. Would recommend using 2 spectrum 2s lipos to get full 4s power. Great short course truck design and amazing suspension.

I absolutely love this truck. I have beaten it and it just keeps going, fun to drive and moves like a real trophy truck with the ability to bash

The fan for the motor was not working when the truck arrived. Ran it once and its still dead. Now the motor overheats and cuts off with plenty of juice in the battery.

What more can you want. A fast basher that is fun to drive and doesn't seem to want to break.

Slip disk or something broke first time out. Super disappointing. Unacceptable for 500 RTR vehicle. RTR means I should be able to run it when I’m ready. Not, take it all apart first when ya buy it. No idea what the point of failure was, I am suspecting a poorly put together differential. Amazon sent replacement: Wasn’t gonna let what happened to the first one happen to this one, so I did what I didn’t want to do and open up the brand new RC and take it all apart before running it. To be honest I just wanted a RTR to run vehicle. I want to pick it up and go bash around without thinking. Unfortunately that wasn’t and will not be the case with these I think. So upon opening, Front differential not even spinning whatsoever. Opened that to find that they had put an extra Shim inside the case, that extra shim caused part AR10014 which is a bearing to be busted(pictured) I could see the tiny little ball bearings floating about the differential case. That’s exactly what you don’t want on a brand NEW RTR RC car are ball bearings floating in the diff case, they are mad small but still. I don’t want to buy busted bearings, let me bust em myself. It was a complete mess and now I have to wait for new parts to arrive to Run this BRAND NEW READY TO RUN RC car. The rear case was good and actually had a good amount of fluid added to it. The front again had the extra shim and busted bearing and the fluid amount was very little. The center differential was also partially filled as well. The Gear mesh was also not bad as well but I advise you take a close look if you decide to purchase this model. Keep in mind this is a brand new RC I just got today 7/3/24. I’ve only just taken it apart to inspect diff cases etc. I will update after a few runs with the new RC once the new bearing arrives etc.. Been through 2 battery packs now after a complete inspection of the drive train, running very smooth. A lot of fun. This thing is blast aside from all that mess. Handles enormously well over a lot of terrain. The screech the tires make on the asphalt sound awesome. Jumps well, tires don’t seem to ballon to much. Duct taped the body cause I heard the body was cracking on the front/rear wheel well area pretty easily and I’m trying to get as much out of this as possible. Differentials seem to be holding up well as well as the gear mesh seeming fine as well.

This truck is crazy fun right out of the box, however on my second battery, the was a loud screeching/grinding sound at high speeds. I call Arrma and they did not have a troubleshooting repair and told me that I could return it or get a partial refund and not a replacement. I chose to return. I replaced it with the Mojave 6s, for the same price, but I will be getting another 4s Mojave.

Entrega perfecta y el camion es increíblemente bonito.. y con una buena bateria es muy rapido pese a su tamaño y peso … el unico pero que le pondría es que noto suspensiones demasiado blandas... pero nada q no se pueda solucionar, aunque reconozco que me encanta ver como trabajan esos muelles con el balanceo que proporcionan !! .. un 10 !!!
