So impressed, had to write a review - the smallest 30A ESC - incredible
This little beast is by far the smallest 30A ESC, which is crazy considering it is also bidirectional I've only had this ESC for one day and tested it briefly, but I was so impressed with it. I have about 10 regular 30A ESCs, half of those also from the same brand (rcelectricparts), they are all about 3-5 times the size of this ESC, and they are only unidirectional It does look a bit weird to me sometimes, as if the cables are too big for it, almost like a little kid trying on their parents clothes, but I guess nothing is perfect Anyway, very happy with this purchase so far. If it works well with my current build, this might be my goto ESC for everything I build in the future... very exciting

I didn’t use it as intended.
I tried to use this with a hoverboard wheel, it kinda worked, but not really. But it’s not designed for that sooooo…. Seems like it would work great for small motors like it’s intended.

Still working great several months later
Works good. Put it in a little 1/24 Losi buggy. Didn't quite fit so I had to 3D print a new top cover that would allow it to fit. That buggy is now just as fast as my other one that has the factory Losi ESC.

No good for cars
I can't speak for anything other than the 30A multi-directional, which is very poor. As a ground vehicle ESC with bi directional control and a supposed brake function, its terrible. No punch off the line but will suddenly "come in" at some speed, causing the vehicle to spin out after barely getting going. This was varying degrees of bad with the different settings. Same with the "brake" function, which is just reverse like a cheap toy no matter the setting and throttle calibration. Maybe these ESCs are good for aircraft or boats, but if you have a wheeled ground vehicle, hard pass.
