Italian/American: It's a QCP cookbook, betch!

Loved the recipes and flavours used. Easy to follow.

I don’t know why I was expecting something much better from someone I follow so much on social media. Always looked out for his TikTok’s and got excited when book was announced but seemed very generic compared to the fun content he makes.

This guy makes very entertaining videos. This book offers simple to follow Italian recipes. I wanted to support him and get recipes in an easy-to-read format instead of trying to read them off of my phone.

Good quality of a book (my fear since it was printed and assembled in China). The recipes are very well-chosen. The images are nice. There's also an introduction section where QCP put pics of his family. The recipes are clear and seems easy to make in general. It's mostly Italian recipes (rather than American). You'll find Italian staples (as I found mine). Good selection of seafood/fish recipes although I'm not a fan. I DO RECOMMEND this book. QCP left some notes on some recipes. He also took the time to explain some differences in the ingredients he uses. Also the measurements are NOT metric which is FABULOUS. If this hasn't convinced you to get the book, no other reviews will ever do. BUY IT.
