Power button issues
My power button never worked properly. Contacted CM customer service got on reply asking me to check a couple of things, then they never responded. Problem got worse, reached out no response. I actually like the case but would not recommend or buy a case from them again after CS ghosted me.

Good idea, disappointing design, Watch All the installation videos
The case works as a case, it was fun to assemble. But it's cramped, it mounts the power supply in the front which is required for an ATX board, its cable management is not great and the overall execution of the flat pack design is not up to par. It also doesn't even come with an ikea style manual on how to assemble it, instead, it gives you a QR code for the video manual. And I can't stress this enough, Watch every single one, I missed the crucial screw holes that allow the side panels to be attached with more than just the clips, this resulted in a mess.
