Awesome chair
So happy my boys got me this for fathers day. This is comfortable, quiet and big. I have a few blinds on my property and this is just the ticket for being quiet and being able to see 360 deg. I know that one of my sons was eyeballing it… “nope get your own"

Large, plenty of support and easy assembly.
I just recieved and assembled the chair with very little difficulty using only the wrench provided. If you loosen one side of the arm support to the back before attempting to install the back braces it gives you the room you need to install them without much difficulty and without the need of another pair of arms or spreaders. I have issues with sciatica so I'm interested to see if I'm able to sit for long periods without pain or my leg falling asleep. I'll update my review in a day or two.

Heavy duty chair (up to 350 lbs) that swivels. Only for flat, ground level use. Does not fold up enough for backpacking.
My main criteria for choosing a chair were as follows: It can be adjusted for uneven ground, it is portable, and it swivels. This chair claimed to meet all three criteria, but in fact it is only good for swiveling. The primary reason for the return is that the product description on Amazon states "Adjust each leg independently to level out on uneven terrain", but the Owners Instruction Manual from Hawk states at the top of the first page:"USE ONLY ON LEVEL SURFACE""ALWAYS BE SURE LEG HEIGHT IS SAME FOR ALL LEGS" "FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH"The title on the Amazon listing claims that it is suitable for backpacking. It is not. While the legs fold up, the chair section does not. Even if the chair were completely disasembled, it is not suitable for backpacking. It does swivel nicely.Just as a note, Hawk makes a big deal of their slogan "Hunt from above", but it clearly does not pertain to this product as the manual states "GROUND USE ONLY! NEVER USE AT HEIGHTS ABOVE GROUND LEVEL!"

poor quality padded arm rests
This chair is heavy. If you plan to locate it in different blinds or move the blind, you can make it a bit easier by pulling the seat assembly up and off the base. I plan to keep it in one place. Assembly was fine until I got to the seat bars. Extra muscle and some mechanical advantage with a wooden bar a bit longer than the width of the seat frame to stretch the side frames makes it somewhat easier. I found the seat to be very quiet and swivels smoothly. I have not tried the adjustable legs, but they appear to be of good quality and sturdy. I'll update this aspect when I get outdoors and try them out on my side hill lawn.My main reason for a 4 star rating is the padded arm rests. They were loose on the metal armrest frame when they came out of the box. I figured I'd tighten them up once final assembly was completed. When I attempted to tighten them with an allen wrench, I realized the bolts were not really screwing into anything secure. I could feel something solid in the foam that might have been a nut but the allen screw threads appeared to be already stripped. There does not seem to be a good fix for this and my solution will be to use some cammo duct tape to hold the foam arm pads in place. If they don't last I will probably replace them with foam pipe insulation and more cammo duct tape!I like the chair but quality control should have found this problem and corrected it.

Great Chair
I bought this last fall for hunting deer. It did not disappoint. I am a larger man 6'3" tall and 300#. So I wanted a bigger chair, and this one was a great purchase. Very comfortable for us bigger guys.

Comfortable
This chair is awesome, I have had several chairs over the years for my ground blinds . This chair told the cake . It’s nice and wide I’m a 260 pound man and can set in this chair for 4 hrs and still be comfortable. It was a lil tough to put together but it just takes a heavy duty screwdriver to pry apart the back rest to put the braces in but with just a lil common sense it’s pretty easy. Came just as advertised and I would suggest it to anyone looking for hours of setting and being comfortable

Comfortable chair but arm cushions are junk.
My husband loves the chair and says it’s comfortable. The only bad thing is the arm cushions are made out of very cheap and flimsy material. Two weeks after using the chair, the arm cushions started to tear. For the price of the chair, I don’t think the arm cushions should be tearing two weeks into using the chair. Very disappointed!
