Update: the customer service is amazing. They really care about their product. They sent me a phone case and a new grip. I believe my old one was defective. their MagSafe ring works best with their case based on the back material. My old case was the same maeteri ad the MagSafe which made it slide around .Update: I'm giving them a 4 star now because their customer service is amazing. They reached out to figure out the issue, and learn to try and better their product. I may give their product another try since they be shown they care about customer satisfaction.I bought this wanting to love it because of the color. The magnet is so weak on this the slightest bump knocks it off. I barely had it two days and i lost it somewhere out in public because of how easy it gets knocked off... I have other MagSafe rings and this magnet was nothing compared to them

Magna is not strong enough to stay on phone for the price. I think that it’s ridiculous.

I love the item and the color is amazing but in just a week it already started chipping . I was so disappointed. If it wasn’t for that . I would have gave 5 stars .

It is super cute and I like the way it looks, HOWEVER the magnet is weak and it comes off easy. Also the ring itself has become very loose and I have only had it a few weeks.

The ring broke within a month

I love my new MagSafe Ring. It’s the perfect addition to my Neon Pink Felony Cases, it matches them beautifully. The magnet is strong and the ring really helps my hand from cramping when using my phone. The soft finish on it is really luxurious. I also use it as a stand when I’m watching videos. I’m going to buy the other colors now so I can mix and match - so fun!

This magnet comes off easily when sliding the phone into a pocket. Lost my magnet in only 12 days. Disappointed.

The color of this holder is beautiful unfortunately you have to remove it everytime you use your MagSafe wireless charger which is super frustrating.

Have only had it for 3 hours and paint is chipping off. For the price of it. I thought it would have help up slightly better.

After one month, the paint started to chip and I left little pieces of neon orange paint everywhere I went. It’s too bad, because it was a great ring.

This is a really cute design but the magnet is pretty weak and detaches very easily. Also the connection of the holder ring onto the magnetic base is not very sturdy; mine became loose and floppy in under 2 months.

Only lasted 2 months. Was great at first but it should last longer. Frustrating.
