So far very happy.
I've been using this laptop for a work from home job for about a year and it has been really nice. No issues. About a month ago for a about 2 weeks the fan hummed a little louder than normal, but it has since stopped. I don't use it for games much, but for internet, teams, word processing, all the normal workday stuff it's been giving me 100%. Ive travelled with it a couple times and its light enough to not be a burden. I will add I am very careful and I do believe if dropped there will be serious issues based on how it feels its constructed. It does things as fast as I need them so 5 stars.

FUNYET gave no Windows product key
Ladies and gents, saddle up because today has been an emotional ride. I bought this laptop with the intent to use it for work. I need to be able to access 9 websites, check my email, and run numbers. Pretty simple stuff that I’m after. It arrived today. Unoboxing was painfully simple. The user manual is all but useless, in my humble opinion. There were multiple updates to be had.. which is to be expected as I can only assume the computer is actually a couple of years old despite this being its first use outside of the quality control diagnostics. Y’all. I was on Amazon chat for an hour and a half, 6 different agents, and no assistance in my issue. This is advertised as included with Windows 11 Pro. I had to call Microsoft and be walked through how to locate the key associated with the device only to discover my product key had already be used on a DIFFERENT DEVICE and was no longer available for my use, despite my paying for it. My new laptop wanted me to pay for a $200+ licensed product key despite it being sold to me with 11 Pro included. I got lucky and the rep with Microsoft support was able to get my Windows activated. Please read and learn from my misfortune. Aside from that huge hiccup upon receiving and set up, I’m now logged into all of my accounts and am very excited to have a computer that I’ve never written a high school essay on. Note there is no Ethernet access, no CD/DVD ROM, nor does it have a full sized HDMI port. These aren’t deal breakers for me simply because this computer was bought for work purposes opposed to personal. I’m very impressed by how light it is, the backlit keyboard, the fingerprint sensor, number pad, and the screen quality. For the price, this full sized laptop didn’t skimp on user friendly design features. Computer itself: 9/10 Setup: 0/10 Amazon Support: everyone but Mustafa(10), 0/10 Microsoft Support: 11/10 *Updated Review* Since receiving contact from the company in question, I’d like to state I’m please with their customer service and support. They reached out and were willing to right their wrongs. Upon reflection, I have updated my review as my laptop functions above expectation and allows me to do everything I require for my work and it was also reasonably priced considering its features.

One year later....
Graphics, screen, keyboard--good. Sound/audio--non existent. Very low. Paired with bluetooth. Eventually Windows/Norton upgrades knocked out the drivers and had to contact company for a patch. The file looked suspicious and very large. They assured me it was ok. Miraculously--started working again ( I still never used it and the bluetooth became unaccessible again). Then the laptop screen--guess it's heavier than the actually plastic body this comes it--screw missing, was off to the point I could not close the laptop (no es bueno) without cracking the upper right hand corner. Contacted their customer service in China. Back and forth about returning the unit for replacement (they said I was past my warranty--but it was for 2 yrs??). To return, the location just happen to be located within block of me. Asked if they could ship a replacement there--and I can clean laptop and drop off the 1/2 broke one for the replacement. They said no 3xs. Now I'm asking if I buy--can they refund and I'll send the other back. I paid $399. I would not mind another for the same price--especially if on sale. WAITING FOR REPLY. The driver issue and the plastic body are "zero" ratings. Have seen this driver issue with other products like this--different name.

Excellent Value, Fast Laptop
My more expensive laptop that was not even a year old had to be sent in for repairs and I needed to get something quick to use for work while the repairs were being made and this laptop ticked all the boxes for an incredible price. I've actually gotten my other laptop back but still have been using this one more. Overall I have to say that this laptop is pretty great. Beautiful screen, fast. For work I often have many windows open at a time and this thing has no problem handling that. My main use is editing and graphic design and it runs my work programs perfectly even with multiple programs open. Only issue I have is that the fingerprint scanner does not work great. I have reset it but that does not help so I mostly just use the pin instead, but I would love to know if there is a way to fix it. One other thing to mention is the power supply has an unusually short cord. I ended up buying a replacement for it that was only about $20 on Amazon. Despite those two minor things I still think it is well worth it. This laptop is an excellent value for the money!

Great gaming laptop
Everything about the laptop is pretty decent. Only thing I will say that I disliked about the laptop, Unfortunately it came missing screws which is not that big of a deal because you can replace the screws and also I would recommend if you are serious gamer to get the laptop in a lot more storage, because it’s absolutely amazing for gamers. The battery life is very long in regards to playing games and constantly using the laptop. Definitely a great buy for the price that I paid. The computer is a very great lap size, as well as it is very very light and easy to carry.

Solid work or school laptop
I bought this laptop for my middle school aged son. He uses it for schoolwork, internet browsing, and some games. The price was right and the specs covered everything we were looking for. Setup was a breeze. This laptop is a nice sleek metallic grey that is aesthetically pleasing as well as touch and durable. He’s had the FunYet laptop for almost 2 years and despite him being touch on his tech i haven’t had a single performance issue. Not even a scratch on it. The power cord is still in perfect condition and does not run hot like a lot of other laptop chargers. The computer has a good heft to it so it feels solid but it’s not overly heavy like carrying around a brink. It works well for all of our intents and purposes. If you’re looking for a gaming powerhouse then this is not the right laptop for you but it easily runs simpler games and is more than up to the task of work/school from home projects and day to day work necessities.

Got what I paid for, and a bit more than I expected!
The biggest shock of my whole experience with this laptop is that it can run Final Fantasy XIV with just its Intel UHD integrated graphics, albeit at bare-minimum settings and with serious FPS drops in crowded areas, some houses, and some of the more graphically intense Dawntrail Trials/Raids. My gaming laptop died suddenly at a time when I didn't have a lot of cash to put into a replacement. I got this one for $300 (16 GB RAM, 500 MB SSD). I'm pleased to say it's perfectly competent at handling most everything else I've tried with it, including running some less-demanding games through Steam. It also runs Nvidia GeFORCE Now and Shadow PC cloud-gaming solutions like a charm. Setting up this FUNYET laptop was as easy as starting it up and signing into the various services I was using on my previous PC. I haven't used its touchpad much, and I don't use the fingerprint sensor set into the touchpad's corner, but those might be nice features for some folks. The power block is fairly small (about 8 cm x 4 cm x 3 cm?). It will remain my primary computer for the next week or so, after which I'll be keeping it around as a backup, and likely make it my travel computer once I again have a gaming-spec machine. I might revisit this review once I've had some time to put wear and tear on it. For now? 5 stars for being exactly as advertised, and having a decent build quality.

Buyer Beware
The worst laptop I’ve ever purchased! Three months out of warranty, the screen hinges began to make piping and creaking sounds when moved back and forth. Now the display has glitches and lines all over it. I am a Court-Appointed Child Advocate, and I purchased the FunYet laptop for that purpose only. No, I’m NOT having FunYet! This is NOT a laptop for long-term use. I have another laptop I’ve been using for years, but I didn’t want to use my personal laptop for volunteer work. I have now purchased another laptop (Acer) to replace the FunYet laptop.
