My 5 year old LOVES this bank. I knew it would be a hit since dinosaurs are his favorite, but the ease of getting into the bank without assistance makes him feel really independent. Definitely serves it's function, as well as entertainment.

Good gift for boys

This is a beat gift for any child! My son loves dinosaurs so I brought him since we are learning on money and the importance of saving. It is passcode protected and has a fake finger identification! Parent and also block the kids from going in and out of the bank. I brought this gift for 4 of his friends

Received the order and thought the dino was missing. Turns out they place it in the safe, but we couldn;t access it because the manufacturer passcode wasn't working - even after many attempts. We put coins in, we tried a few of the songs and nightlight and within just a few minutes, the songs began to slow down sounding off-tune as if the batteries were about to die.Still unable to open the safe, we returned it and requested a new one that came in next day only to find the same problems! Super disappointed. After some research, I found several other companies on Amazon selling the same product with reviews that matched my experience! Hoping Amazon stops giving these fraudulent companies any business.

This is a great gift for the little saver in your life. Who, in my case, happens to be my adult brother who has trouble saving money. This is a joking reminder for him to put some money away, since he refuses to do so in an interest-bearing bank. If you have a young child you're looking to teach about saving for the future, this is a cute and creative way to do so.PROs:- The bank comes 90% assembled.- Night light function is actually brighter than I would have guessed. This seemed gimmicky when I read the description and was not a reason I selected this item. But if you have a little one who uses a night light, this is actually a solid option. And a regular reminder they can be saving money, as it will be very present.- The bill intake works great - surprisingly well. I don't have any coins on me otherwise I would report on that function. As long as cash is in regular circulation, your little one could have fun watching the dinosaur belly "eat" the cash to save for later.- Password is easy to reset so you can make sure your saver doesn't secretly break into the bankCONs:- 3 AA batteries not included- The bank screams at you if you leave the "vault" door open too long, which is mildly annoying. Hopefully you won't need to do that much, but it wasn't the most pleasant sound as I tested the product out.- The dinosaur head on top has arms and jaws that move, and I expected it to respond when money is put into the bank. However, the dinosaur is stationary even when it roars, which is a bummer. Could have been an A+ product otherwise.OVERALL: 8/10 would recommend. Would be great if the 'alarm' on the vault were a bit less sensitive and if the dinosaur were interactive.

My husband bought these for our two grandsons for Christmas. They are 5 and almost 3 and they love these! They even come with play money so they can practice feeding it into the slot. These are well made, easy to use, and, as I said, the kids love them!

Bought for my 3 yr old grandson. He doesn’t quite grasp the concept, but likes the cool features. It doesn’t add up the money like the others.
