The media could not be loaded.  Just like their logo says it is perfect. The lock was very easy to put together. The instructions were phenomenal the quality of the metal the thickness of the metal. I was so surprised I thought it was gonna end up getting a very thin piece of junk and it was spot on, the time that they took to package it to the work instructions to the parts and screws that came with it they thought of everything. I was extremely happy when I was able to quickly set it up. It doesn’t have Wi-Fi so you can’t connect it to the Internet for a remote unlock , that’s a downplay. The rest is perfect. You can control it with the app and it the app works really good. It detected it right away and added it to the system and I was able to very quickly open and close my door via app but you have to be close to it , the app is compatible with Alexa, but the lock is not. I’m not going to ding them on the Alexa Support because that’s my miss I assumed because of the app.

It’s perfectly fine, works great every one has their codes now and old people has tap keys to use, lazy kids has fingers scanned, awesome app to manage.Only thing I don’t like is to use advance features we have to have monthly membership.

Great look, functions perfectly, wish there was a link or QR code to scan that leads to a video to do the installation that would be faster than reading all the instructions! Overall great price for the wonderful quality!

I’ve been at this for over 3 hours- installation was easy and lock looks great. I’m trying to set up a new code and it won’t program no matter how many times I factory reset. I called the customer service number & tried the live chat, was told both times they would be in contact by email in the next 24hrs!!! For my front door lock!!!! Now what? It’s not like I can leave or go to sleep with my front door stuck on the default code. If you want to buy this be sure you are tech savvy because customer service is going to be maybe a day or so.

I will give it 5 star because everything works perfect like description, was very easy to install the fingerprint works perfect, I add all the family fingerprint all works good so far we are happy with it
