Amazing for home

Very noisy to running on it flat.If you set incline position to 3 then slightly better.It’s motor gave up in less then a year.Only used it for a month constantly.Rest if the time it was a coat hanger.I have maintained it(hoovered motor area,lubed the mat),never started it while stood on it.Customer service advised me to replace the motor and get back to them how it went!:)I think warranty should cover the replacement of the motor.

I am very happy with this treadmill. Despite its low cost it performs very well. Both incline and speed adjustments work very well and the display is well laid out. The belt runs smoothly and is stable and well aligned. I could not be a happier customer!

I have been really happy with this product but unfortunately after owning it for just over two years it has blown and is no longer working.Having reported this back to the seller they have said that as it is out of warranty (only 1 year) they won't do anything to help. During the time I have owned it I certainly haven't overused it and there have been periods of time when it wasn't used at all. I feel that for the price it should have lasted longer - my previous model (different make) lasted 10 years. Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service I have received. Be prepared for it not to last!

Top quality item

This machine arrived with one man deleivering it I had to help him, luckly it was only to the garage. When unpacked the end caps were damaged cracked. Motor cover not on properly due to the part where they screw in bent. The belt kept moving over to the right.I could not be bothered to go to the hassle of returning it , so I just decided to live with it. On using it for running I have to say was ok, until two weeks ago when it developed a fault code E2. The booklet says to check connection but when looked all the wires are soldered. Or replace console. Got rid of it, now looking for another treadmill.

The treadmill is unexpectedly large, very stable with great settings available.

Hardly used during the first year this treadmill has failed (motor failing) after just 2 years light use. Waiting to see if Charles Bentley will acknowledge that this is not fit for purpose - should last at least 10 years with light domestic use !
