When I got in touch with a reputable lawnmower repairer he refused to come out saying he wasn't going to waste his time trying to fix mass produced Chinese rubbish
This product has not worked from the day it was delivered.When I finally got hold of the firm who sold it me I got no help whatsoever.Meanwhile my grass was getting longer and I have had to get someone in to cut it which cost me £65.When I got in touch with a reputable lawnmower repairer he refused to come out saying he wasn't going to waste his time trying to fix mass produced Chinese rubbish.So in conclusion I only gave 1 star because it was delivered promptly and on time.

Awful
Seemed to be a pretty good quality mower but found it difficult to start especially after the mower has been in use and you have to stop to fuel etc after a few months mower is almost impossible to start and the pull cord starter keeps jamming.dont buy !

I am paying someone to cut my grass not good at all I will think twice about buying online ...
this mower stopped working half hour after I got it from Uk home shopping I am getting nowhere with them .my grass is growing. I am paying someone to cut my grass not good at all I will think twice about buying online again trying to return the mower is a nightmear

Mower.
Mower was faulty,am awaiting refund.I cannot fault the service as it probably wasn't their fault.I think though that the telephone staff need some customer service training.
