This ankle AND arch support is better than the pictures portray! It has a liner that goes under the laces, and you can pull up on the Velcro strap at the arch to adjust support. My daughter has terrible fallen arches and this is working better for her than custom orthotics! Disclaimer— always talk to your MD before using any devices! This is a very comfortable brace. It offers wonderful support and can be adjusted by the user. After a very severe sprain, I am months into healing. Not a day goes by that I’m not using it. Since I received this I have been able to go back to my normal activities. I would define it again.

I have had a lengthy recovery due to an ankle and Achilles’ tendon injury. This brace is the best support for my foot!! Have tried other devices without success. Fits true to shoe size. I highly recommend this product.

I don’t feel the support they are supposed to give and they have like a mesh fabric that is always running out of place.
